Paradise Pier Hotel at Disneyland Resort has been in the middle of a complete re-theme to become Pixar Place Hotel.

Coming this January, the new Pixar Place Hotel will be the first fully Pixar-themed hotel in the United States. You’ll be able to enjoy great fun with all new decorations and rooms designed completely with Pixar characters and theming. There will also be a new restaurant inside the hotel and delectable eats around the pool and lobby. Let’s take a closer look at some new info Disney just announced!

With Pixar Place opening soon, Great Maple will be available for tasty eats as well! The new restaurant will be opening ahead of the hotel, serving up delicious food beginning in November. While we knew this restaurant was on its way to the hotel, along with a few of the menu items, Disney let us in on a few more options from the menu.

We’ve heard about the delicious Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts, the Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs coming to this restaurant.

Now, we’re learning about some other offerings at this new restaurant! We’ll also be able to find Charred Cauliflower Hummus, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon, Market Fish, and a variety of inspired salads.

Great Maple will also be operating a new grab-and-go coffee shop in the lobby called Sketch Pad Café where you can find assorted pastries and coffee and tea. 

And over at the rooftop pool bar, Small Bytes, you can find salads, wraps, cheese plates, and more. They will also be offering signature beverages.

We’re looking forward to these delicious food options at this newly re-themed hotel!
