A new glassware collection featuring golden-hued depictions of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Cinderella Castle has debuted at Magic Kingdom. Enjoy your beverage of choice out of one of these glasses available at Crystal Arts, which is located on Main Street U.S.A.
New Crystal Arts Glassware Collection
The new set contains eight different glasses. Cinderella Castle is the dominant imagery featured, though Mickey and Minnie Mouse do make an appearance.
Cinderella Castle Champagne Flute – $29.00
Though you can’t sip champagne out of a flute on Main Street U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom as you can at Disneyland Paris, the new flute glass available at Crystal Arts may be your next best option. The tall-stem flute is adorned with a golden decal depicting Cinderella Castle, the park icon that has stood at the end of Main Street U.S.A. since the opening of Magic Kingdom in 1971. Stars appear around the golden outline, and the official Walt Disney World logo is at its base.
Cinderella Castle Wine Glass – $29.00
Enjoy a refreshing glass of Chardonnay (assuming you’re of age) out of this stemmed wine glass. It’s adorned by the same golden Cinderella Castle decal that appears on the flute, and though its U-shaped bowl makes it technically designed for chardonnay consumption, you can drink any beverage out of it (don’t worry, we won’t tell).
Cinderella Castle Sport Mug – $29.00
This large “sport mug” looks like an elegant take on a traditional German stein, allowing the European-inspired architecture of Cinderella Castle to look right at home. The golden decal is the same one that appears on the flute and wine glass, but it’s larger given the increased surface area; thus, it’s easier to make out the finer details, such as the trees and hills at the castle’s base.
Cinderella Castle Short Mug – $24.00
If you’re not ready to commit to the large capacity of the sport mug, the short mug is a nice alternative. It features the same Cinderella Castle detailing in a similarly shaped glass, only its volume is far lesser.
Cinderella Castle Shot Glass – $15.00
The golden Cinderella Castle decal stretches around the interior of this slim shot glass. This particular glass is shaped differently than some of the other specialty shot glasses Crystal Arts has released in the past; it could perhaps most accurately be described as a shooter glass.
Cinderella Castle Cooler Glass – $29.00
Though any beverage can technically be consumed out of any glass, cooler glasses are a great mug for everyday use. If you want to be reminded of the sweet sights, smells, and sounds of Main Street U.S.A. while sipping on water, soda, or anything else, you can’t go wrong with this cooler glass adorned by the aforementioned golden Cinderella Castle decal.
Mickey Mouse Cooler Glass – $29.00
The Mickey Mouse cooler glass is functionally the same as the Cinderella Castle version, only the decal is replaced by a golden outline of The Walt Disney Company’s most enduring character. He stands with his arms crossed behind his back below a large golden block; his autograph is etched out of the block, meaning that the color of your preferred beverage will glow through it.
Minnie Mouse Cooler Glass – $29.00
Minnie Mouse also has her own version of the cooler glass. She appears in a seated position; her glass has the same autograph detail as the Mickey counterpart.
New Disney-inspired glassware is frequently released at Crystal Arts; a Disney100 line debuted earlier this year, and an Annual Passholder-exclusive collection designed by the Arribas Brothers was just released in late September. The store also sells souvenir figurines, glassware, and other collectibles, one of which is the large-scale glass recreation of Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant from Disneyland Paris. The replica was made available at the end of last month and sells for $100,000.
