Happy Halloween! The 3rd printing of the Tribute to Terror comic book is now available at Universal Studios Florida. The comic book features 4 original stories, which can be experienced in the 4 rooms of the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store this year. The first printing of the comic book sold out quickly, leading to the release of a second printing with a green cover. Now, the latest edition is available with a spooky orange cover and “Halloween Edition” on the front and a variant on the last page. Let’s take a look inside the pages of the Halloween Edition of Tribute to Terror to see what’s different.
The Tribute Store received a Halloween makeover in October, so it seems appropriate that the Tribute to Terror comic book also gets a Halloween makeover. The four stories inside are Grave Consequences, False Idols Part 1, Pay Up, and Eyes of the Ripper. Each of the 3 editions of the comic have the same four stories inside along with fun, fake advertisements. Fans were also able to get their comics signed by the team behind the Tribute Store last month.
The very last page, on the inside of the cover, has a variation in this printing. The Curator is seen with a a carved up jack-o’-lantern inside a frame. “Happy Halloween” is written across the top of the orange page among the cobwebs.
Here’s a look at what the final page of the first 2 editions looks like. The previous editions just had the Curator’s black and white photo inside a frame.
The latest edition of Tribute to Terror is $15 and can be found at Universal Studios Florida inside the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store. Do we need another copy of the Tribute to Terror comic book? Yes.
It’s exciting to see new and original stories created for Halloween Horror Nights. It’s even better to see them coming to life in the pages of a comic book and inside the walls of a store.. Are you a fan of the Tribute to Terror comic? See you in the next chilling issue…
