A range of new Marvel holiday items featuring Earth’s greatest heroes has arrived at Disneyland., and a couple of other new items that may make a good gift for the Marvel fan in your life.
We spotted these new Marvel souvenirs at World of Disney in Downtown Disney District.
Captain America Ornament – $29.99
This Captain America Sketchbook ornament depicts the hero himself in the midst of a snowball fight.
He’s used his shield to block three snowballs, and stands poised to throw a snowball next to a lamppost.
The lamppost lights up on this ornament.
The base of the ornament is painted in red, white, and blue and strung with painted holiday lights.
Scarlet Witch Ornament – $29.99
This Scarlet Witch ornament also lights up.
The Scarlet Witch stands amid a swirl of icy-looking magic in a snowy conifer clearing.
Her cape and hair float around her.
Small lights in the base of the ornament will cast the figure in an uplight glow when switched on.
Spider-Man Ornament – $29.99
This ornament features your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man perching on a windowsill and enjoying a hot drink in the snow.
The lights above Spider-Man’s windowsill light up on this ornament, illuminating the scene below. Spider-Man’s mask is turned up at the bottom so he can drink his beverage.
Spider-Man is wearing a green scarf, which looks to blow in the wind of the chilly scene depicted.
The window is translucent plastic, so you can see Spider-Man through it from the backside. The base of the ornament is painted with Holiday lights.
Marvel Create-Your-Own Comic Book Kit – $19.99
This Create-Your-Own Comic Book Kit comes with eight pages of traceable character poses, 24 sheets of blank comic book pages, 4 sticker pages, 12 felt tip pens, and 2 pencils.
The back of the box shows more detail of the items inside the box, as well as an example page of a drawn comic using the kit.
Spider-Man Pop Socket – $21.99
This Spider-Man Pop Socket phone grip & stand features Spider-Man’s logo in red and black. The edge of the Pop Socket is blue, resembling the superhero’s stretchy suit.
Marvel Holiday Sweater Ceramic Mug – $19.99
This Marvel holiday sweater mug is white. The ceramic is textured like a cable knit sweater. The sides of the mug have icons representing different characters, like Iron Man seen above, and snowflakes. It also has a red Marvel logo.
This side of the mug has Thor’s hammer and another snowflake, as well as an additional red Marvel logo.
Here, The Hulk’s fist is printed near the handle.
On the face of the mug, Captain America’s shield is tucked among the snowflake design.
The interior of this ceramic mug is burgundy.
The bottom of the stoneware mug is glazed in the center with an unglazed foot. It’s microwave and dishwasher safe, holds 500ml (16.9 oz), and was made in China.
Marvel Holiday Hulk Nutcracker – $64.99
Among the Marvel holiday offerings, we spotted this large Hulk nutcracker.
The functional painted wooden nutcracker is a decorative piece. It wears a Marvel knit hat and scarf.
Marvel Holiday Stocking – $34.99
Stockings featuring the Avengers logo, as well as individual Marvel character icons like the ones seen on the Marvel holiday sweater mug above, were also available. The stocking has the Marvel logo in white on the red cuff, and the body of the stocking is off white.
the back of the stocking’s cuff is plain. The interior of the stocking is a satin-like material.
Marvel Holiday Stocking Cap – $29.99
This plush stocking cap matches other pieces in the collection. The band is dark green and has a red Marvel logo stitched onto it. The body of the hat is off white and printed with the same design as the stocking next to it.
The plush material of the one size fits most hat is unprinted on the back. The red faux fur pom at the top of the cap matches the red in the design.
