Walt Disney World has three new watches by Bulova featuring a retro Tomorrowland design, Donald Duck, and the Disney castle symbol.
We found all three watches in Uptown Jewelers at Magic Kingdom.
Retro Tomorrowland Watch – $495
The Tomorrowland watch has a silvertone band. The face is black with a dark blue border.
In the center of the face is a retro Tomorrowland image with “Tomorrowland,” a white atomic star, and a trio of Astro Orbitor rockets, all depicted in white and light blue.
There are no numbers, only silver lines at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 spots. The watch hands are also silver.
The Bulova type is at the top of the design, while the Bulova symbol is in the bottom corner of the face’s border.
“Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow” is on the back of the watch, along with the Bulova and Disney Parks logos.
The quote is a famous line from the Tomorrowland PeopleMover. The character of Tom Morrow was introduced in the Rocket to the Moon attraction at Disneyland and has appeared or been mentioned in various Disney attractions over the years.
Donald Duck Watch – $350
The Donald Duck watch has a brown leather band and a dark blue face with a golden border.
The numbers are mostly Roman numerals, with the Bulova symbol at the 12.
Donald is pictured leaning out of a porthole, as on a ship, behind the golden hands. “Bulova” is printed in white above him.
Disney Castle Watch – $350
The iconic Disney castle silhouette is in the center of this watch, which has a silvertone braided metal band.
The Disney “D” logo overlaps with one side of the castle. Instead of the usual entrance archway, there is a Mickey head at the bottom of the castle.
The castle is also covered in subtle silver sparkles. The background of the face is a shiny blue. “Bulova” is printed in white.
There are silver lines representing each number, except for the 12, which is represented by the Bulova symbol.
