15 Disney World Restaurants CHANGED Their Menus This Week

Well, we’ve gone from Halloween to the holidays this week in Disney World — and we are here for it!

Ahi Tuna Poke

Now we know more about the snacks coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (our tummies are READY!), as well as everything we’ll get to eat at the holiday pop-up shops with the hotel gingerbread displays. We’ve been keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menus, too, and we’ve got some changes to tell you about this week.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Brown Derby

There have been some changes at Hollywood Brown Derby. Here’s how appetizers changed:

  • REMOVED: Corn Bisque, Roasted Bone Marrow, and Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad
  • ADDED: Oyster-Brie Soup — Fried Oyster, Champagne Foam for $18.
  • ADDED: Beet and Burrata — Spiced Granola, Hazelnut, Blood Orange Vinaigrette for $14
  • ADDED: Chorizo Spice Mushroom Croquettes — Pickled Onions, Mixed Herbs, Chili Threads, Garlic “Cream” (Plant-based) for $15

Corn Bisque

Entrees also changed:

  • REMOVED: Seafood Cioppino 
  • ADDED: Pan-roasted Halibut — Scallops, Mussels, Fingerling Potatoes, and Seafood Cream for $48

Mixed Mushroom Sauté was removed from the sides menu, but Seared Brussels Sprouts with Rendered Pancetta and Maple Gastrique was added for $9.50.

Note that these changes also apply to Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge.

Some new beers are available at Fairfax Fare:

  • Stella Artois Lager – Belgium — Seasonal Canned Beer for $12.25
  • Samuel Adams Seasonal – Boston, MA — Seasonal Draft Beer for $12

  • Lagunitas IPA – Petaluma, CA — 20-oz. Draft IPA Beer for $11.25
  • Michelob Ultra – St. Louis, MO — Seasonal Draft Beer for $9.75

This NEW Mac & Cheese Might Have Dethroned an Old Disney World FAVORITE

Two cocktails are no longer available at Beaches and Cream: Indigo Hibiscus and Piña Colada.

This change is for both the lunch and dinner menus.

Under Entrees, the Red Grouper has been removed.

Domestic Golden Tilefish has been added — Jupiter Rice-Chorizo ‘Risotto’, Key West Pink Shrimp, and Confit Tomatoes for $48. This change also applies to the Citricos Lounge.

The Korean Chicken Bowl has been removed from the Sesame Allergy-Friendly menu.

Trail’s End Restaurant

Breakfast at Trail’s End has added French Toast Sticks for $3.49. However, lunch and dinner have also changed. Entrees were updated like this:

  • ADDED: Barbecued Ribs Half-Slab Meal — Served with Cornbread, Coleslaw, and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy for $15.49
  • ADDED: Angus Cheeseburger — Grilled Angus Burger topped with Cheddar, Lettuce, and Tomato on a Brioche Bun served with French Fries for $12.49
  • ADDED: Barbecued Pulled Pork — Fresh Brioche Bun with our 10-hour Smoked Pulled Pork and Barbecue Sauce topped with Creamy Slaw served with French Fries for $10.79

Salads have also changed:

  • ADDED: Fort Wilderness Garden Salad with Chicken — Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce Mix with Chicken, Radish, Green Peppers, Cucumbers, and Tomato served with choice of Dressing on the side for $11.79
  • ADDED: Pioneer Berry Salad with Chicken — Grilled Chicken, Spring Greens, Fresh Berries, Blue Cheese, Candied Pecans, and Raspberry Vinaigrette on the side for $11.79
  • ADDED: Fort Wilderness Garden Salad — Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce Mix with Radish, Green Peppers, Cucumbers, and Tomato served with choice of Dressing on the side for $9.79

Trail’s End Restaurant

The beer menu also changed:

  • ADDED: Schöfferhofer Pink Grapefruit Hefeweizen – Germany — 16-oz Can – Easy and refreshing with light notes of Citrus and Spice with low bitterness for $11.50
  • ADDED: Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider – Cincinnati, OH — 16-oz Can – Sweet and refreshing. A favorite since Colonial times for $10.50
  • ADDED:  Cigar City Jai Alai IPA – Tampa, FL — 12-oz Can – This bigger brother to the Pale Ale employs a significant amount of Hops with high bitterness and Citrus and Floral aromas for $10.25
  • ADDED: Corona Extra Lager – Mexico — 16-oz Can – Golden-colored with flavors that are dry, clean, crisp, and refreshing with subtle bitterness for $10.50
  • ADDED: Michelob Ultra Lager – St. Louis, MO — 16-oz Bottle – Golden-colored with flavors that are dry, clean, crisp, and refreshing with subtle bitterness for $9.75

The First Course menu has removed Lobster Bisque and added Squash Agnolotti — Sage, Crispy Kale, and Pine Nuts for $17. Under Enchancements, the Half Maine Lobster Thermidor changed from $32 to $31.

The following changed under Steak Sauces:

  • REMOVED: House Steak Sauce, Béarnaise, Peppercorn, and Blue Cheese (individual)
  • ADDED: Sauce Flight — House Steak Sauce, Béarnaise, Peppercorn, and Blue Cheese for $9

Yachtsman Steakhouse

Sides have also changed:

  • ADDED: Smoked Paprika Fries for $10.50
  • ADDED: Seasonal Vegetables for $10.50

  • ADDED: Prodigious Pretzel — jumbo sharable pretzel topped with coarse sea salt, pimento cheese, whole grain mustard for $15
  • ADDED: Prohibition Chili — Impossible beef made from plants, black beans, pinto beans, onions, white cheddar for $15
  • ADDED: Short Rib Flatbread — Short Rib, White Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Pickled Red Onion, Arugula, Balsamic for $22
  • ADDED: Chicken Flatbread — Grilled Chicken, White Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Red Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Sundried Tomatoes, Salsa Verde for $22
  • ADDED: Mahi Shrimp Spring Roll — three pieces whole shrimp spices with hot chilies, curry, cilantro, served with sweet chili sauce for $17

  • REMOVED:  Triple Chocolate Voltage Cake, Bomba, and Dulce De Leche Cheesecake
  • ADDED: Bright Lemon Deep-dish Meringue Pie — Graham cracker crust, vanilla meringue, blueberry compote for $18
  • ADDED: Lights-on Dulce De Leche Cheesecake — Whipped cream, crunchy caramel pearls, caramel sauce for $18
  • ADDED:  In-the-Dark Ultimate Chocolate Layer Cake — Chocolate mousse, crunchy ganache, salted chocolate sauce for $18
  • ADDED: House-made Gelato — vanilla or chocolate for $12
  • ADDED: House-made Sorbet — Strawberry or Lemon for $12

  • REMOVED: French Toast and Potato Hash with Bacon
  • ADDED: Pastrami Smoked Salmon — local bagel, mustard mascarpone, pickled onion, and fried capers for $24
  • ADDED: Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes — choice of caramel apples or s’mores for $17
  • ADDED: Pastrami Hash for $10

Desserts have changed here, too: Rolled Pavlova has been replaced by Apple Strudel with vanilla custard for $8.

Wine Bar George

The Seasonal Salad changed from $13 to $14.

Here’s how cocktails have changed:

  • Wine Bar George Old Fashioned changed from $16 to $18
  • Wake Up Call changed from $16 to $18
  • ADDED:  Lingering Dreams — vodka, cranberry syrup, lime, and dry curacao for $16
  • ADDED: Bananas! — rum, creme de banana, Zucca, and vanilla angostura for $16
  • ADDED: Umami Mommy — mezcal, LBV port, ginger liqueur, and miso apple syrup for $16
  • ADDED:  Lost in the Orchard — calvados, Italicus, ginger liqueur, and apple juice for $16
  • ADDED: BWG — condensed milk washed rum, lemon, coffee, and pumpkin spice for $16

The lunch menu saw some changes, too:

  • REMOVED: Chicken Skewers and Zucchini Hush Puppies
  • ADDED: Birria Braised Short Rib — triple corn grits and pepita crumbles for $24
  • ADDED:  Pumpkin Fritters — bacon brown butter aioli and sage for $9
  • Steak Frites changed from $22 to $23
  • M.C.T. changed from $20 to $19
  • ADDED: NY Strip French Dip — caramelized onions and peppers, fries, and au jus for $21
  • Skirt Steak Family Style Plate changed from $79 to $81

Wine Bar George

Here’s how dinner has changed:

  • REMOVED: NY Strip Steak and Chicken Roulade 
  • ADDED: Grilled Ribeye — mushroom sourdough bread pudding and sesame braised turnips for $52
  • ADDED:  Pan Seared Chicken Breast — sundried-tomato chicken sausage, black-eyed peas, bacon, and lollipop kale sprouts for $38

The BOATHOUSE

Under the Lunch Menu, Roasted Cauliflower Steak has been added — Oyster Mushroom, Cauliflower Puree, and Marcona Almond Gremolata for $21. 

Brunch also had some changes:

  • NY Strip Steak, Mâitre d’ Butter, Home Fries, Two Eggs any style changed from $26 to $38.50
  • ADDED: Biscoff Cookie Waffle — Cookie Butter Syrup, Crushed Cookies, Mixed Berry Compote, Whipped Cream for $16
  • ADDED:  Chorizo Breakfast Tacos — Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Potatoes, Avocado, Queso Fresco, Tortillas Chips, Salsa Romesco for $17

The BOATHOUSE

Here’s how cocktails have changed:

  • REMOVED: Strawberry Splash 
  • ADDED:  Aperol Spritz — Aperol, Bisol Prosecco, Orange Bitters for $16

Beer in bottles and cans also changed:

  • Bud Light Lager changed from $7.50 to $8
  • Blue Moon Ale changed from $8.50 to $9
  • Coors Light Lager changed from $7.50 to $8
  • Corona Lager changed from $8 to $9
