2 Disney World Snacks the DFB Team NEVER Wants To Eat Again

With our name being Disney Food Blog, you can bet we’ve seen and tried MANY Disney snacks over the years.

Sunshine Tree Terrace

And just like always, we’re here to give you our unbiased opinion, whether it be good or bad. We’ll admit that while we’ve had plenty of snacks recently that we’ve loved, we’ve also had a few that eating them ever again will be too soon. These are two snacks that our team NEVER wants to eat again.

Powerade Float with Chocolate Soft Serve

Yes, we also cringed just reading that title, but the truth is, we’ve tried it. A few months ago for an “experiment,” one of our reporters got the Powerade Mountain Berry Blast Float from Sunshine Tree Terrace, which comes with your choice of Dole Whip or soft serve ice cream. To make the grossest combination possible, we got Powerade with chocolate soft serve.

What were we thinking?

As you can imagine, this was a TERRIBLE combination. The fruit flavor of the Powerade did NOT mix well with the chocolate, and it was overall a disaster. So yeah, zero stars, do not recommend it.

Cinnamon Roll From Main Street Bakery

This one might be controversial, but hear us out. If you like dry, crusty cinnamon rolls that you’ve paid $7 for, we guess the Mickey-Shaped Cinnamon Roll from the Main Street Bakery is okay — you know what, we can’t even fake it. PLEASE don’t get this cinnamon roll.

All we did was love you, Mickey cinnamon roll

It’s not even just that this cinnamon roll is bad. What makes it even worse is that there’s a MUCH better option available that so many people forget about! There’s a FANTASTIC cinnamon roll just over at Gaston’s Tavern in Fantasyland. That massive cinnamon roll is gooey, delicious, warm — everything a cinnamon roll should be.

Gaston’s Cinnamon Roll

Yes, just like all Disney food, it has its off days sometimes, but we’ve very rarely run into that, whereas the cinnamon roll from Main Street Bakery has never been good to us.
