Disney’s Contemporary Resort is an iconic hotel, and for good reason! It’s recently had a bit of a facelift, and it looks like that might not be as completed as we thought. That, or a new project is getting started. We found a new permit recently filed by Disney that points to work starting soon at the Contemporary Resort main building. The permit only says “general construction,” which means it could be for just about anything.

Over at Coronado Springs Resort, a new permit has been filed to install power for some automatic doors they’re putting in. This sounds like it will be pretty minor work, but if you’ve got an upcoming stay at this hotel it’s something to keep in mind! We’ll let you know if we learn any more details about this project.

And finally, it’s no secret that EPCOT is also under construction, and we found two new permits for this park. One is for general construction over at The Seas with Nemo and Friends, and another is to install some planters at the front gate. We can’t wait to see the new additions!
