It’s the first night of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year and we have a first look at the event map, featuring treat locations, character meet and greet locations, and other important information.
Guests entering the park for the party can pick up the map from Cast Members. The party officially begins at 7:00 p.m., but guests can enter with their party tickets at 4:00 p.m. Before 8:00 p.m., a special treat trail is open for party guests behind the right side of Main Street, U.S.A. (Market Street) to control traffic flow.

The map has a horizontal orientation, with the cover featuring a snowy picture of Main Street, U.S.A.
Inside is an actual map of Magic Kingdom with snow over the grassy areas.
There is a key below with a few wintry images. On the map are attractions and shows, with holiday overlays noted with “Holiday Twist!” The map also shows the parade route with a white dotted line.
Treat locations are marked with a candy cane-striped rectangle. Character greetings are marked with Santa Mickey heads. A green camera means PhotoPass locations, while a red frame is step-in photo frames.
The map lists some of the specialty food and beverage items available for purchase in addition to the complimentary treats.
There are two dance parties: Club Tinsel Dance Party and Disney Junior Jingle Jam. Entertainment times are listed.
A complimentary toy soldier ornament is available on Market Street before 8:00 p.m.
The new “Frozen Holiday Surprise” castle stage show is performed at 6:15 p.m. for all guests and then again at 8:15 p.m. for just party guests.
There is also information about where to buy event merchandise, a list of sponsors, and safety information.
As with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year, the old plastic wristbands have been replaced with ribbon wristbands. They have the event logo and a slider to adjust it to your wrist size. The wristbands cannot be loosened once it’s been tightened to help prevent wristband sharing.
A DJ entertains guests from a Christmassy stage on Market Street.
There are giant nutcrackers lining the street.
An A-frame informs guests TRON Lightcycle / Run will use a virtual queue.
A photo op was also available with the life-size toy soldiers who march in Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. Guests get a complimentary metal ornament depicting one of the soldiers.
The ornament has a red plaque on the bottom reading “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party” in silver lettering.
It comes on a golden ribbon with a silver “2023” charm.
