Have you heard about the “new” Pixar hotel opening in Disneyland?

We say “new” because it’s actually a re-theme of an existing hotel. Inside this updated spot, there will be a new restaurant called Great Maple. Now, we finally know exactly when this restaurant will open!

Disney announced previously that Great Maple will open in November 2023, but Great Maple announced today on Instagram that the official opening date will be November 15th. Starting on that day, they’ll welcome walk-ins. Reservations become available about a week later, on November 21st.

The Paradise Pier Hotel is being completely remodeled to turn into the Pixar Place Hotel (the transformation will be complete on January 30th, 2024). Great Maple is opening as a table service restaurant on the hotel’s first floor.

Great Maple is a “southern California-based modern American eatery,” serving upscale dishes of fan-favorite comfort food like fried chicken, burgers, and even salads. There are already a couple of other Great Maple locations in California, but this is the first one on Disney property.

This restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will provide easy access for overnight guests, locals, and theme park visitors.

Signature dishes will include Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Maple Bacon Doughnuts, Cajun Shrimp, Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs. Plus, you’ll be able to indulge in the full bar which will serve wine, beer, and cocktails.
