With the holiday season set to officially kick off on November 17 at Universal Orlando Resort, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter lands in both parks are starting to put up their holiday décor.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade
Festive garlands and lights now adorn much of Hogsmeade, like these found at the Hogsmeade Station Booking Office.
The archway entrance to Hogsmeade and its two smaller arches on the sides are also trimmed with greenery.
Zonko’s has added garlands above their display windows, and a wreath with pinecones on the shop door.
At Honeydukes, the round display windows have what looks like pine garland wrapped around the top of each one. A matching wreath hands on a nearby door.
The Owl Post and sitting area has greenery accenting the gables above and each of the windows along its sides.
The entrance to the Owl Post shop also has pine garland above its windows and a pine wreath on the door.

This trio of triangular roofs are all accented with garlands and lights.
This garland above the windows at Spintwitches has small Golden Snitches embedded throughout.

London
Over at Universal Studios Florida, the London area has started to get its holiday decorations, as well.
Along the waterfront, wreaths adorn each lamppost and a long garland runs along the wall.
A large, fluffy green garland hangs on the black fencing.
These white lampposts have small greenery with red ribbons attached.
The homes of Grimmauld place have started to decorate, though not all of the homes are spruced up just yet.
Wyndham’s Theatre has added small trees overhead, wreaths by the faux doors, and garland along its awning.
Leicester Square Station has plain garlands and wreaths up.
Greenery trims the windows and door to the Screed and Sons façade.
The décor at King’s Cross Station is a bit more minimal for now, with just small groups of trees and a few wreaths on display.
Christmas in the Wizarding World
For the holiday season, Hogwarts castle will light up once again for the holidays with “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle,” a projection show performed on Hogwarts Castle in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade each year. It’s listed on the Universal Orlando Resort webpage for Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and will be performed from dusk until park close.
The Frog Choir and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees will offer holiday tunes during their performances, and more décor will brighten the streets of Hogsmeade in Universal Islands of Adventure and Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida.
