Can you hear that? It sounds like sleigh bells! Santa is coming SOON!
Okay, so we’ve still got over a month until Santa’s big day, but you wouldn’t know that if you’ve visited Disney World this week. Holiday merchandise is EVERYWHERE. The big gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has arrived. The holiday decorations are being added to the parks — speaking of which, ANOTHER park just got all decked out for the season.
We visited Disney’s Animal Kingdom today, and it’s now SUPER FESTIVE. So we may be a little biased, but the Animal Kingdom decorations are some of our favorites, so let’s take a look at them, shall we? First, the tree is up in front of the park. It’s SO PRETTY.
What we love about this tree is how it really is a reflection of the park. The ornaments are inspired by Africa and Asia, and there is, obviously, a BIG animal theme.
There are also loads of presents under the trees, including this fun alligator xylophone.
Quick question, though — where can we get this fun Chip ‘n’ Dale snow globe? This should be a real thing that exists in shops, Disney!
Okay, so we could spend hours alone admiring this tree and all its details, but let’s head into the park, shall we? You’ll find beautiful wreaths hanging up all over the park.
The entrance is decked out with festive floral arrangements.
Don’t worry — that animal motif is everywhere in the decorations.
You’ll find beautiful arrangements on lampposts and poles.
Walking into a shop feels like a warm holiday hug.
You’ll even find festive decorations surrounding the Tree of Life.
Over in DinoLand, U.S.A., you’ll find a lot of holiday cheer like this bow and card on The Boneyard sign.
Or these fun dinosaur decorations above Donald’s Dino-Bash.
Donald’s meet and greet now has some Christmas trees to make your photos more merry and bright.
Hello, Mr. DinoLand Snowman.
We love how the decorations are themed to the land. These decorations are so wacky, but oh, so fun.
Of course, DinoLand has its own tree, too. Oh, DinoLand, we’re going to miss you when you’re gone.
Even Pandora is in the holiday spirit.
We found these lights decorating Pongu Pongu, home of that pineapple lumpia we love so much.
The Merry Menagerie mural has returned, too. It’s so beautiful.
Well, we don’t know about you, but that put us in a very joyful mood. We’ll keep an eye out for more holiday decorations in Disney World, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
