If you were interested in becoming a Disney Vacation Club member in 2024, you might want to accelerate your plans, as the base pricing for actively selling DVC properties will rise in January, per DVCNews.com.
Disney Vacation Club Purchase Price Increasing in 2024
Starting January 30, 2024, the price-per-point rate for the three currently selling properties will increase. Points for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, and Disney’s Riviera Resort will go up from $217 to $225 each. For The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, the price-per-point will increase from $230 per point to $239.
According to DVCNews, this is the first price increase since December 2022, when Aulani and Disney’s Riviera Resort raised their costs from $207 per point to $217.
This price increase comes ahead of DVC preparing to launch two new accommodations in 2024 at Walt Disney World Resort: the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, opening in summer 2024, and the new Disney Vacation Club Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, currently projected to open in late 2024. A point sales date for either location has not been announced.
Earlier this year, DVC announced a $3-per-point price increase on one-time-use points.
