Disneyland’s popular after-hours events known as “Disneyland After Dark” are returning in 2024 with some fan favorite themes and a brand-new event – Disney Channel Nite. These separately ticketed events allow guests to experience the Disneyland Park after regular hours with unique entertainment, characters, food, merchandise and shorter ride wait times. In 2024, Disneyland will host more After Dark event nights than ever before over the first half of the year. The lineup kicks off with 8 nights of Sweethearts’ Nite in late January and early February around Valentine’s Day.

Disney is also bringing back the immersive Star Wars Nite in conjunction with the Season of the Force celebration in April and May. Additionally, for the second year, Disneyland After Dark will celebrate love and diversity with 2 nights of Pride Nite in June. The newest event is the first-ever Disney Channel Nite on March 5 and 7, which will take guests on a nostalgic trip back through various eras of Disney Channel shows. From High School Musical pep rallies to Phineas and Ferb dance parties, photo ops with classic Disney Channel backdrops, and more, it’s certain to delight kids of all ages.

These separately-ticketed, romantic evenings include after-hours theme park and ride access, unique entertainment, beloved character appearances, specialty food and drink, plus commemorative keepsakes. In 2024, we will host more ‘nites’ than ever before, with some popular themes returning, plus an all-new one…Disney Channel Nite!

Every Disneyland After Dark event starts with a three-hour pre-party mix-in at Disneyland Park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. PT before the party officially commences. In addition to the themed entertainment exclusively for the event, admission also comprises unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads to capture treasured memories. Whether you’re a romantic, Disney Channel enthusiast, Star Wars fan or want to show Pride – these limited-time offerings are made for you!

Sweethearts’ Nite will offer many heartwarming offerings across eight nights celebrating relationships: A royal cavalcade through Disneyland Park; dancing with beloved characters at an evening ball near “it’s a small world”; a dance party hosted by Stitch and Angel in Tomorrowland; unique photo backdrops to step into iconic Disney love scenes; delightful lighting, projections and music; plus themed treats like a shortbread cookie churro with strawberry dipping sauce.

Reservations are recommended at Plaza Inn, Café Orleans, River Belle Terrace and Carnation Café for specialty menu items, subject to availability. Tickets will be available first for Magic Key holders on December 12, 2023 at 9am PT via Disneyland.com, then open to the general public on December 14 (pending availability).

Prepare for an all-new, nostalgic celebration as Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite debuts! This event will highlight offerings from beloved Disney Channel shows across various eras with great music, unforgettable characters, high-octane dance parties, distinctive photo opportunities, and more!

Join fellow Disney Channel fans in the amusement with fantastic offerings like: A High School Musical pep rally parade; a Phineas and Ferb dance party in Tomorrowland with character appearances; Camp Rock karaoke and a Disney Channel trivia challenge inside The Golden Horseshoe; plus a Descendants cruise on the Rivers of America.

Guests can also picture themselves in playful photo backdrops representing classic Disney Channel shows and movies such as Lizzie McGuire, The Cheetah Girls, and Teen Beach Movie.
