Full Menus Released for The Royal Banquet, La Table de Lumiere, and Fleur De Lys at Disneyland Hotel in Paris

The Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris will reopen after a lengthy royal refurbishment on January 25, 2024. Full menus, including pricing, for the hotel’s restaurants have been released on the Disneyland Paris website and app.

Join Mickey, Minnie, and friends dressed in royal attire as they host a sumptuous buffet banquet honoring the legacy of Disney families and their illustrious chefs.

Chef Olivier Arthur said in a Disneyland Paris press release, “At the Royal Banquet, guests will be able to tuck into special ingredients and international cuisine inspired by Disney’s tales of kings and queens.”

  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Dinner: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Chef Laurent Lesage said, “La Table de Lumière will have a sophisticated menu featuring high-quality, skilfully prepared French ingredients.”

  • Seasonal vegetable medley, Puy green lentils with Espelette chili peppers Orléans
  • Mushroom velouté, peppered Isigny cream, sourdough bread croutons, and toasted hazelnut chips
  • Freshly cooked langoustines, shellfish coulis, cauliflower purée and lemon caviar
  • European lobster with white cabbage remoulade
  • Red Label Œufs de Loué fried egg, potatoes, baby spinach, and Comté AOP cream
  • Taittinger – Prestige rosé – brut (10 cl) or Louis Roederer – Collection 244 – brut (10 cl)

  • Quinoa with broad beans and morels, red pepper sauce and pomegranate seeds
