These imaginatively themed restaurants transport visitors through décor and menus inspired by vintage Palm Springs lounges and contemporary American cuisine, respectively. With indoor, outdoor, and poolside seating, Palm Breeze Bar is a tranquil retreat that brings the flavors of the islands to Disneyland Hotel. Great Maple’s seasonally-driven dishes combined with Pixar movie theming offer a fresh dining option for guests of the newly rechristened Pixar Place Hotel.
Palm Breeze Bar
Location
The Palm Breeze Bar is located at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, surrounded by screens featuring artwork from classic Disney movies and Disneyland Park. It is nestled within the new Discovery Tower that houses The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. The bar has a few different entrances:
- Through the main lobby of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel and to the right near the elevators
- For hotel guests, there are pool door entrances that require a key card

The Palm Breeze Bar is designed to transport guests to a tropical paradise without leaving Disneyland Hotel. The decor features:

Great Maple Modern American Eatery
Location
The Great Maple Modern American Eatery is located on the ground floor of Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, soon to be rebranded as the Pixar Place Hotel (January 2024). The 6,500 square foot restaurant is easily accessible without having to enter the hotel for:

- Local diners
- Park visitors
There is additional Great Maple dining around the hotel that will be available once the retheme is complete.

Great Maple has a stylish, yet casual vibe with decor inspired by Pixar movies and modern American comfort food. Design details include:
