The San Fransokyo Square area in Disney California Adventure may have officially opened in August of 2023, but it continues to see updates, as new signage has recently gone up in the “Big Hero 6”-themed area of the park.
New Baymax Meet and Greet Sign in San Fransokyo Square
Placed at the entrance to the Baymax and Hiro meet and greet queue, a new sign reads “Line Starts Here” in both English and Japanese.
Distressing on the sign gives it an industrial feel that fits right in with the rest of San Fransokyo Square.
Commemorative Medallion Banners Added
Two long red banners have been placed on either side of the giant commemorative medallion inside San Fransokyo Square. The medallion, featuring Baymax, was placed above the collectible medallions machine earlier this month.
The banner on the left side says “Commemorative Medallion” in Japanese.
The banner on the right side says “Commemorative Medallion” in English. They help to add even more theming to the area, making it feel more complete and lived in.
