The fire started around 1:00 p.m. local time. At 1:18 p.m., flames and smoke could be seen rising from the building’s roof while Disneyland Paris Fire Rescue sprayed it down with water.
DLP Report noted the fire, which was still blazing at about 1:30, seemed to be centered around the location’s fireplace, which is in the dining room.
The back of Frontierland was evacuated and roped off.
The nearby Colonel Hathi’s in Adventureland was also evacuated.
By noon, the fire had been contained and no injuries were reported. The front of Frontierland through Casa de Coco was open to guests. Big Thunder Mountain and Frontierland Theater remained closed.
