The 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts is the Disney festival that lets you create the magic!
There is so much going on at the winter festival. You can see artists creating murals, and food becomes your canvas. But there’s another form of art that has all of us getting creative!
Disney has brought us the art of photography! At several spots around EPCOT, you can enjoy the creativity behind a camera. There are several PhotoPass locations where you can become part of the art. This year brings some NEW photo ops to the festival, including a Wish photo op with Valentino and the Star. This one is located on the Bridge to World Showcase.
A sign nearby tells us all about Wish, including the kind of animation techniques that were used in the movie.
There’s also a fun new Mary Poppins-themed photo op with the waiter penguins (we LOVE those guys). You can find it in the Italy Pavilion Courtyard.
This photo op also has some details about the movie and about how special the character of Mary Poppins really is.
Sleeping Beauty is an ICONIC Disney classic, and you can celebrate it with this new photo op. Look at how pretty that background is. This photo op is on the Bridge to World Showcase.
This one also comes with a sign where you can learn a little more about the movie.
Now, these aren’t the ONLY photo ops you’ll find at the festival. There are also a few with our favorite purple dragon Figment, as well as some super fun photo ops where you can literally jump into some of the most famous works of art. Here’s where you can find them:
- International Gateway: Luncheon of the Boating Party – Pierre-Auguste Renoir
- The American Adventure: Washington Crossing the Delaware – Emanuel Leutze
- Between Italy Pavilion and Germany Pavilion: Mona Lisa – Leonardo da Vinci
- Between Italy Pavilion and Germany Pavilion: The Scream – Edvard Munch
- Mexico Pavilion: An Homage to Frida Kahlo
Getting to become part of the magic and art is one of our favorite things about this EPCOT festival. These action-packed photo ops add another cool interactive element to your experience. Don’t miss out on stopping by them to make your own art! PhotoPass photographers will be on hand to help you capture those memories!
