All of these Epic Universe announcements coming from Universal Orlando are making our heads spin!

With so much being announced about 5 new lands and restaurants and more to come, it’s easy to have a few things buried in the hubbub. Let’s take a closer look at the most exciting things announced for Celestial Park at Epic Universe so far!

Universal Orlando just revealed more details about their upcoming park, Epic Universe. Within Epic Universe, a new land called Celestial Park will be the heart it all. It will also be the first land we’ll encounter at the new theme park after stepping through the entrance.

Celestial Park is expected to be made of “rolling gardens, chasing waterways, and strolling pathways,” and it’s really meant to mimic a real, nature-filled park. As soon as you enter the imaginative world, you’ll instantly be immersed in the atmosphere as you wander through “lush living gardens nestled along shimmering waters surrounded by stunning architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements.” This land can double as a place to relax while taking in the sights and sounds around you, but visitors will also be able to “take flight across a shooting comet on a roller coaster adventure, dine at brand-new restaurants and cuisines,  and shop for exclusive merchandise.”

As we mentioned before, Celestial Park will be the gateway to explore the four additional worlds of Epic Universe. You’ll need to walk through here first to reach each land, but that doesn’t mean you should skip all there is to do inside Celestial Park! There will be several options to dine at new full-service restaurants like Atlantic and The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant…

… and if you’re looking for something quicker, you can grab a savory selection of barbecue meals at The Oak & Star Tavern and a full assortment of pizza offerings at Pizza Moon. If you’re just in the mood to curb your sweet tooth, Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets is where you’ll want to stop! You’ll be able to satisfy your cravings here with a unique selection of sweet treats, and more.

There’s plenty of entertainment to be found here! You can also take a thrilling ride or two on the Starfall Racers…

… and Constellation Carousel!

There will even be an interactive wet-play area that will double as a giant compass rose to the whole park. This water display will also feature dancing crystal blue fountains that will spring to life all around you. The water fountains here are capable of reaching up to 135 feet into the air and will perform several fountain shows to music and interactive lighting from daylight through the night.
