Sometimes we get really attached to a snack, entree, or dessert, and then Disney cruelly snatches it away from us…but by now we’ve gotten used to it. The good news is that some foods also rotate seasonally, so we can comfort ourselves by knowing they’ll come back around in the future. And that’s exactly what happened with one of our favorite eats in Disney Springs!
Last year, we tried the French Onion Soup Burger at D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs. It was made with two pressed signature blend patties with French onion ragù, gruyere, and an herb Parmesan Parker house roll.

The burger came with a Gruyère French onion dip on the side, and we had a pretty hard time finding anything wrong with it. It was incredibly flavorful and very cheesy (you know we love cheesy things!). But we’ll give you a warning — as delicious as it is, this thing causes some BAD BREATH.

The burger only stuck around for a little while, and then disappeared from the menu to make way for other seasonal eats…but now it’s back in 2024! Disney hasn’t shared how long it’ll be around, but it popped back up on the D-Luxe Burger online menu this week.
We would get this again and again!
If you’re heading to Disney Springs soon, we highly recommend trying out this entree! Keep in mind — it’s not the best item to eat if you’re on a date because those onions are STRONG. Pack some gum or breath mints for afterward! Seriously, the consequence of eating this burger is that you won’t want to get within three feet of anyone for a while after you’ve tried it.
It’s also pretty messy, so make sure to bring those wet wipes! You’ll be a little greasy after all that cheesy goodness.

Despite its messy and smelly flaws, we can’t seem to stay away from this burger — we love it too much! If you’re interested in trying it out, make sure to stop by soon.
