The Disney Genie+ Service is sold out for Magic Kingdom today, January 3, 2024, as of 11:30 a.m. This is the second day in a row Genie+ has sold out for Magic Kingdom.
Genie+ Sold Out for Magic Kingdom
Because Magic Kingdom is sold out, the multiple parks Genie+ option is also now unavailable. They were each $27 today. Yesterday, Genie+ was $29 for Magic Kingdom and multiple parks.
Genie+ remains available for Disney’s Hollywood Studios ($24), EPCOT ($19), and Disney’s Animal Kingdom ($17).
The service sold out for the first time at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on December 27 and continued to sell out for several days after, including yesterday. Genie+ sold out at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the first time on December 28 and sold out the next two days. And on December 30, the multiple parks option sold out by itself for the first time — it is usually only “sold out” after another park becomes unavailable.
Magic Kingdom is usually the first park to sell out of Genie+ but it remained available all day for the peak weeks of the holiday season. This may be in part because it’s the most expensive option. Genie+ hit a peak high of $39 for Magic Kingdom or multiple parks on December 23 and maintained it through the holidays.
Disney Genie Service is a free planning tool in the My Disney Experience app. Genie+ is an add-on purchase that allows access to Lightning Lane line-skipping for most attractions. Lightning Lane access for some of the most popular attractions is a separate purchase.
