The Disneyland operating calendar now lists the Mark Twain Riverboat closure through February 9, 2024. It will then reopen to guests on February 10, operating from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Rivers of America.

The riverboat refurbishment began in September 2023, and has remained docked at Pelican’s Landing, where guests could see some of the ongoing work.

The riverboat takes a 14-minute trip around Tom Sawyer Island, passing waterfalls, cabins, a Native American village, animal animatronics, and the Disneyland Railroad. In addition to unique views, guests can explore the four decks of the ship, which is 28 feet tall and 105 feet long.
