Universal Orlando Resort has confirmed the five themed areas that will be at Epic Universe.

The lands include:

• The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic
• Super Nintendo World (previously announced)
• How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk
• Dark Universe
• Celestial Park

Epic Universe is made up of five different worlds, all connected through Celestial Park, the first world you’ll experience once you walk through the Emerald Gate and the Chronos device at the entrance to Epic.

Once you’re in Celestial Park, you’ll have access to four portals, which are tall, obelisk-like structures, that take you into the other fully-themed, immersive worlds.

A new nighttime spectacular is coming to Tokyo Disneyland.

URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced that a new castle projection will be presented at Tokyo Disneyland® Park from September 20, 2024.

This nighttime entertainment at Cinderella Castle utilizes projection mapping technology, combined with lighting, pyrotechnics and special effects, bringing many of our beloved characters to life as they soar through the night sky in pursuit of their dreams. Memorable Disney music will be accompanied by dazzling imagery projected onto Cinderella Castle filling the night sky, allowing guests to feel as if they are soaring through the sky alongside the Disney friends.

Guests can look forward to this entertainment program featuring characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios films. Additionally, characters from Marvel will be making their first appearance in an entertainment program presented at Tokyo Disney Resort.

The first official merchandise for Epic Universe has been previewed on the Universal Orlando website. These shirts for the new theme park are available in youth and adult sizes and are online exclusives! They’re not available to purchase just yet, but should be available to order very soon. Pricing has not been released, but take a look at the new shits that will be available on the Universal Orlando site.

Universal Epic Universe Adult Shirt

The adult shirt is a solid, dark-colored shirt with the new park’s logo in the center.

Universal Epic Universe Youth Shirt

The youth shirt is similar, but appears to have a starry design to it. The Epic Universe logo is on the front of the shirt.

This is the first Epic Universe merchandise available to guests and is sure to be a collector’s item for Universal fans. It is an online exclusive, so make sure you head over to the Universal Orlando merchandise site to order. And stay tuned for more Epic Universe announcements!

• The Sleeping Beauty Dooney & Bourke collection sold out at Disney Springs today, but we were able to find most of the items at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
• Disney Wishables are making a comeback next month, starting with a new collection celebrating Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
• We found more Walt Disney World-specific merchandise, including a Park Icons belt bag, a Sensational Six autograph book, and a glass mug.

• A new construction permit has been filed for work at the former Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World Resort.

Disneyland Resort

• We’re staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel before it transforms into Pixar Place Hotel, and we’ve got a full virtual tour of the new Pixar-themed standard rooms.
