New Park Icons Belt Bag and Sensational Six Autograph Book Available at Walt Disney World

We spotted two new Park Icons items at the Walt Disney World Resort — a belt bag featuring all four parks, and an autograph book with the Sensational Six.

Walt Disney World Park Icons Belt Bag – $39.99

A reporter holds up a Walt Disney World Park Icons belt bag.

Found in Creations Shop at EPCOT, this blue belt bag features embroidered icons representing each of the four Walt Disney World parks: The Tree of Life for Disney’s Animal Kingdom, The Hollywood Tower Hotel for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Cinderella Castle for Magic Kingdom, and Spaceship Earth and the entrance fountain for EPCOT. There is a main front zipper with gold hardware above the embroidery.

The bag has the same design as a ball cap we found at Frontier Trading Post late last year.

A reporter shows the back of the belt bag.

The back of the bag is made of a mesh fabric with an all-over Mickey Head print. There is a second zippered pocket here, as well.

A close-up of the Disney "D" zipper.

The zipper has a small Disney “D” logo.

A reporter shows the inside of the belt bag.

The inside is lined with golden yellow fabric and has multiple slip pockets.

A reporter shows off the strap of the belt bag.

“Walt Disney World” is printed across the strap, which has a seatbelt-style buckle and is adjustable.

Sensational Six Autograph & Photo Book – $24.99

A reporter holds up an autograph and photo book.

Spotted at the Emporium in Magic Kingdom, this new blue photo and autograph book features the Sensational Six: Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck. The crew poses in front of Cinderella Castle, with “Walt Disney World” written above them. Three stripes in green, yellow, and light blue wrap around the bottom of the entire book, adding to its overall retro style.

A reporter shows off the back of the autograph book.

On the back, Mickey pops out the top of the Disney “D” logo. The autograph book comes with 17 photo sleeves that hold 4-inch by 6-inch photos. The book also comes with a blue and yellow pen that says “Walt Disney World.”

A reporter shows the spine of the autograph book.

The spine of the book reads “Autographs and photos.”

Will you be picking up either of these items on your next visit to Magic Kingdom or EPCOT? Let us know in the comments below.

Florida Is Participating in Winter This Week — Watch Out for COLD Temps in Disney World!

It is STILL January. Is it just us or does it feel like January has lasted 584 days?

It looks gloomy and cold in Magic Kingdom!

It feels like ages ago that we rang in the new year. Unfortunately, we’re still in the winter months. Now, that doesn’t always mean cold winter weather in Disney World. Some days we’ve seen it nearing 80 degrees in Disney World this month. But the next couple of days are here to remind us that, yes, we are still in January.

According to Matt Devitt from WINK News on X, Florida is going to be going back into a cold snap. By Tuesday morning, the Disney World area will be looking at temperatures around 40 degrees, possibly colder!

via Matt Devitt on X/Twitter

The cute little lizard friend softened the blow of the news for us. He was looking pretty cute in his little snow hat. But for real, we’ve got another lizard warning on our hands for the next couple of days!

via Matt Devitt on X/Twitter

If you’re headed to the parks in the next couple of days, be sure to bundle up! Some great essentials like jackets, sweaters, hats, and gloves will make your time in the parks much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to warm up, check out one of the many indoor shows or dining locations.

Columbia Harbour House

We hope the cold doesn’t bother you, anyway! Disney is always ready with last-minute warm gear to save the day. Enjoy these cool days because January does have to end, eventually, and then the heat will strike.

But until then, keep following DFB for more Disney news!

Is Disney’s NEW To-Go Meal Actually Worth $35? We Have THOUGHTS 😬

Disney switches up their menu offerings pretty often. Nearly as often, we don’t even get a heads up!

Hungry Bear Restaurant

We pay close attention to all the different menus around Disney World and Disneyland to let you know when something changes. If you’ve been looking for a quick option to scarf down while you’re exploring Disneyland, this new option over at Hungry Bear Restaurant may be right up your alley. This quick-service eatery provides an open-air dining spot where you can grub on hearty dishes like burgers, chicken sandwiches, hearty salads, and even loaded sides. There’s something new at Hungry Bear, though, and we’re headed to check it out!

Hungry Bear Restaurant now offers Adult On-The-Go Boxes, which come with your choice of entree, two sides, a beverage, and your choice of a Nestlé® Mickey’s Ice Cream Bar or Outshine® Strawberry Fruit Bar for $35.

On The Go Boxes

We decided to grab the BBQ Ribs meal and give it a try.

BBQ Ribs On-The-Go Meal

The best part about this meal was the ribs by far — the meat was tender and came right off the bone.

The Wings

The sauce had a sweet BBQ flavor with a little bit of a tang and a hint of smoky BBQ, which we loved.

Ribs

Both of the sides were just okay. The mashed potatoes had a slight buttery flavor but that was it — there wasn’t much going on with them.

Mashed Potatoes

The broccoli was steamed and had a bit of a sweet, earthy flavor, and while the texture wasn’t super soft and mushy, it wasn’t too hard or crunchy either.

Broccoli

The Mickey Ice Cream Bar was the classic dessert you’d get at any stand, so while we enjoyed it, it wasn’t anything special.

Classic Mickey Ice Cream Bar

If you’re looking for something REALLY quick that you can walk around the park and eat, this is a good option, but we really don’t think it’s worth the money. In fact, you can order a normal entree, beverage, and dessert at this restaurant for LESS than this On-The-Go Box. Plus, the typical entrees we’ve had here have been better.

©Disney

Overall, we don’t think this is a great route to go for most people, especially if they want more options for their dining. Plus, a lot of folks probably don’t want to spend an arm and a leg when they could spend less at the same spot. However, dining in at the restaurant is more expensive (by about $3), and it comes with a Fantasmic! dining package. So by buying the On-The-Go box, you don’t have to pay a few extra dollars if you don’t care about having special seating for Fantasmic!.

Fantasmic! in Disneyland

We’re always here to bring you the latest Disney news, so stay tuned to DFB!

Check out the most recent snack we tried in Disneyland and see if it’s worth your money!

These Dogs Wearing Disney Loungeflys Are the Spark of Joy We Needed Today

We’ve seen some pretty darn cute things during our time as Disney fans.

Magic Kingdom

From little kids meeting their favorite characters in the parks to families watching the fireworks at Magic Kingdom for the first time, the life of a Disney fan pretty much includes “Aww!” and “How precious!” on a constant rotation in your vocabulary. And if you’re an animal lover, you’re about to smile so hard your cheeks hurt!

One of our favorite Disney accessories is a Loungefly backpack. They come in all shapes, sizes, and designs, and several people on our team have quite the collection of these bags. But what’s even better than a Loungefly collection for humans? A Loungefly collection for DOGS!

©Loungefly A dog wearing a Loungefly!

Loungefly Europe shared a video from the Toy Fair UK, where they displayed a variety of pet accessories, including tiny Loungefly backpacks for your dog! The video shows off several paw-some models rocking the latest creations. You and your furry BFF can match!

So the next time you need somewhere to store treats or a favorite pet toy during your walk to the park, we know EXACTLY what you need. From Stitch to Winnie the Pooh to Ewoks, they’ve got bags for all kinds of fans! We’d seen this collection announced previously, but it’s cool to see it in action now.

©Loungefly

So if you excuse us, we’ll be running to the Loungefly website to buy our pets a well-deserved gift. (And maybe getting ourselves one to match!)

There are several options from family-friendly, character dining to upscale- adults-only restaurants. Let’s take a look at all of the locations coming to this new ship!

You’ll find a few of the same restaurants aboard the Treasure as on the Disney Wish, but there are a few new spots, as well!

Family-Friendly Dining

Plaza de Coco

An all-new character dining experience is coming to the Disney Cruise Line!

©Disney

The joy, color, and delight of the movie Coco will be joining the Disney Treasure in the new character restaurant Plaza de Coco! Here you will be able to enjoy musical performances by a Mariachi band, interact with Miguel and his family, and take in the foliage-covered ceiling and Coco-themed art on the walls.

©Disney

The meal options here will be traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist.

Find out MORE about the NEW Plaza de Coco HERE!

Worlds of Marvel

Get ready to save the day while enjoying a “cinematic dining experience of epic proportions!”

©Disney

Worlds of Marvel is available to dine at on the Disney Wish, but it may look different and have a different theme on the Disney Treasure. You’ll get to try a global menu that’s inspired by the Marvel Super Heroes — from American classics to African flavors. And you may even get to meet Spider-Man!

Click HERE to get an in-depth look at the Worlds of Marvel dining experience!

1923

1923, the year the Walt Disney Company was founded. This glamorous Hollywood dining location is also currently aboard the Disney Wish, but we’re excited to welcome it to the Disney Treasure!

©Disney

You’ll be surrounded by classic and contemporary artwork and animation while you dine on the culinary fusion of all the cultures in California. You’ll see storyboards, sketches, and props from movies like Tarzan, The Lion King, Aladdin, and more!

Check out MORE of 1923 HERE!

Buffet and Quick-Service

Marceline Market

The Marceline Market is named after Walt Disney’s early childhood hometown in Missouri. It is returning to a Disney cruise ship with a popular buffet that offers multiple marketplaces.

©Disney

Each marketplace has dishes and entrees inspired by cultures and cuisine from around the world! There will be 10 food stations in the market, each with a different theme.

Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods

A quick-service option is available at the Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods.

Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue at the Festival of Foods on the Disney Wish

There will be five food stalls — Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue, Donald’s Cantina, Goofy’s Grill, Minnie’s Delights, and Daisy’s Pizza Pie.

Walk Up Cafés

Jade Cricket Café

Jade Cricket Café will feature Disney’s Mulan!

Mulan

Disney has shared that the café “will honor the Fa Family’s “lucky” cricket, Cri-Kee, who will be represented by a tiny jade sculpture on the bar top.” This will be a good place to stop by for coffee, tea, and more! There will be several nods to the movie and “symbols of Mulan’s strength, beauty, and heritage.”

HeiHei Café

HeiHei Café will feature our favorite adventure chicken from Moana! This will be a casual walk-up café near the Grand Hall of the ship.

©Disney

You’ll notice nods to water, sailing, seafaring, and traditional Polynesian culture. It will include stylish furniture and could make a great place to stop by in the mornings for coffee or tea!

Find out more about the Cafes onboard the Treasure HERE!

Disney Vacation Planner

Adults Only

A couple of locations will be specialty dining restaurants that will have a minimum age requirement and a dress code. You will need advance dining reservations, and you’ll pay an extra fee.

Palo Steakhouse

Palo Steakhouse is also located on the Disney Wish. This up-scale restaurant will bring you Italian fare and modern steakhouse options.

©Disney

It’s a beautiful and elegant restaurant that we think you’ll enjoy dining in!

See our full REVIEW of Palo Steakhouse on the Disney Wish!

Enchanté

Enchanté is one of Disney’s fanciest dining experiences.

©Disney

It’s themed for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and features a gourmet menu by three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement. There are beautiful, subtle nods to the classic Disney movie and Lumiére can be spotted around the restaurant. It’s a great place to visit if you’re looking for a date-night option during your cruise.
