Do you use the Disney Dining Plan?

If you’re staying at a Disney World hotel as part of a vacation package, you can add on the dining plan to pre-pay for your meals. The plan is designed to make a Disney World vacation a more all-inclusive experience. We saw prices rise when the Disney Dining Plan was re-introduced in January 2024, and now, we know that prices are going up again for your 2025 vacation.

2025 Disney World vacations are available to book through October 31st, 2025. We are seeing park ticket price increases in the 2025 vacation packages, but there’s also a new perk — free water park admission!

When checking out the new vacation packages for 2025, we also noticed an increase in prices for the Disney Dining Plan. For 2025, the Quick Service Dining Plan is priced at $59.14 per person, per night of your stay. This is an increase of $2.13 over the 2024 price of $57.01

The Standard Dining Plan is will cost you $97.70 per person, per night of your stay. That’s a price increase of $3.42 over the 2024 price of $94.28.

Now let’s look at the Disney Dining Plan prices for children ages 3-9. The Quick-Service Dining Plan child price for 2025 is $24.70 per person, per night of your stay. That’s an increase of 87 cents over the 2024 price of $23.83.

The Standard Dining Plan child price for 2025 is $30.78 per person, per night. That’s an increase of $1.09 over the 2024 price of $29.69.

These prices represent about a 3.5% jump for 2025. Will the Disney Dining Plan save you money over just buying food during your vacation? The answer to that question really depends on how your family likes to dine. You can definitely eat more cheaply than the prices for the dining plan if you stick with quick service, leave Disney World property to dine, or order grocery delivery for snacks and some meals (like breakfast). But many Disney fans love the convenience of pre-paying for your meals with the dining plan and not having to budget in the parks. And you can use your credits on “splurges” like character meals and signature restaurants!
