The new “Coco” topiaries inspired by Miguel and Dante have arrived at the Mexico Pavilion of the 2024 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.
Miguel and Dante are in a flowerbed near the Mexico Pavilion and the bridge leading to the Citrus Blossom at the Odyssey Pavilion. In years past, the Three Caballeros (Donald, José, and Panchito) topiaries have been in this flower bed.
Miguel is depicted in his mariachi uniform from the end of the film. He wears a red sombrero and a large yellow bowtie. He’s playing his grandfather’s iconic white guitar.
The flowerbed is full of orange marigolds, a symbol of the Day of the Dad celebrations in Mexico.
Dante is perched on a topiary of marigolds inspired by the bridge to the Land of the Dead in “Coco.” Dante, a Xoloitzcuintle dog, is depicted in his colorful alebrije spirit guide form.
Other new topiaries at this year’s festival are inspired by “Wish” characters and Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy. Check out the festival passport for more details about the 2024 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which runs through May 27.

The 2024 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has begun and we have a first look inside the festival passport, which acts as a guide to all the special offerings and activities available from February 28 through May 27.
Spike the Bee is featured on the front of the passport.
Quick details about topiaries, gardens, outdoor kitchens, the Garden Rocks Concert Series, festival merchandise, and Garden Graze are on the first page.
The activities at this year’s festival include two scavenger hunts: Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration and, for a limited time around Easter, Egg-Stravaganza Scavenger Hunt. Other activities include the Blossoms of Frangrance Presented by Scentsy garden, the new PB&J Garden Presented by Smucker’s Uncrustables, Butterfly Landing Presented by AdventHealth, Camp Get Out ‘N’ Play Garden Presented by OFF!, and the purple martins making their homes at EPCOT birdhouses.
New topiaries this year are inspired by “Wish,” “Coco,” and Groot of the Guardians of the Galaxy. The Goofy topiary, located on the rosewalk, also has a new design.
Themed gardens are located throughout the EPCOT neighborhoods. New this year is the aforementioned PB&J Garden on the bridge to World Showcase, as well as the Gnome Garden at the Germany Pavilion and the China Penjing Garden at the China Pavilion.
The three merchandise collections are inspired by Orange Bird, “Coco,” and butterfly. Stay tuned for our full coverage of the new merch.
Guests can enjoy English Tea Garden Tours in the United Kingdom Pavilion and the Behind the Seeds Tour in The Land Pavilion.

The Festival Disney Gift Card is a convenient way to pay at food and merchandise booths. It’s a small card on an elastic wristband.
Most of the passport is filled with the festival menus, both for outdoor kitchens and for locations like Joffrey’s and Connections Eatery.

The last couple of pages are dedicated to Garden Graze, a kind of food scavenger hunt. Guests can purchase any five menu items of those listed and collect a matching stamp at the location. After collecting five stamps, they can show their festival passport at Pineapple Promenade for a complimentary treat.
The inside of the back cover is where you can get stamps. The opposite page lists eligible food items. Stay tuned for our full Garden Graze review.
