If you’re on any part of the internet that specializes in wellness, then you’ve probably seen massage guns!

Yep, we’re talking about the handheld devices that look like glorified meat tenderizers. They supposedly aid in recovery and all that jazz if you live an active lifestyle. They’re always popping up on our feeds, and they got us thinking… We’re at Disney World every day, and that’s a LOT of walking. We decided to treat ourselves to a massage gun as a silly little treat. Except… we ended up loving it.

We were knee-deep into our regularly-scheduled Amazon scroll when we realized that the massage gun was on sale. Did we particularly NEED a massage gun? Well, no. BUT we figured it wouldn’t hurt anything. (That’s our mindset a LOT of the time when it comes to spending money.)

This massage gun changed our lives. Truly. It’s quiet, it has 6 different attachments for different areas of your body, and it’s great for literally ANYONE. Like, you don’t have to be a superstar athlete to find some sort of use out of this. One of the best parts about it is that it’s re-chargable, and once it’s charged, you don’t need it to be plugged in as you’re using it. It has multiple speeds and intensities, but we like to keep it on the low settings.

Cassie used it on her most recent trip to Disney World after an uncomfortable night of sleep left her with a sore neck and shoulders. She described it as an ASMR feeling that you get when someone is playing with your hair. Who wouldn’t want that feeling all the time?! She also said she thought that this would be great for anyone who isn’t used to walking a whole lot, or anyone who is a bit older and gets sore easily.
