The 2024 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is now underway. From March 1 through April 22, guests can enjoy unique and limited-time food items. The tasting passport is your guide to the event while the Sip and Savor Pass is a convenient way to pay.
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Tasting Passport
The front of the tasting passport features a bright and colorful graffiti design. It includes depictions of the Torii Gate Bridge of San Fransokyo Square and Pixar-Pal-Around. The festival wordmark is on a dome over a plate.
On the first page is a spot to write your name and a QR code for the Disneyland app. The opposite page describes the tasting passport:
Visit each Marketplace located throughout the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival using this passport as your guide. Be sure to have your passport stamped at each Festival Marketplace. Once you have all the Marketplace stamps, come back for your Stamp of Completion — the sign of a Festival culinary adventurer!
There’s also a list of shops offering festival merchandise and information about artist signings.
The next page advertises the Disney Gift Card. There is a festival-themed gift card with an elastic wristband available. Guests can purchase gift cards at Elias & Co., Studio Store, Acorns Gifts & Goods, and festival merchandise locations.
There are also details about the Sip and Savor Pass, which includes a select number of coupons for Festival Marketplaces. Read more about the Sip and Savor Pass at the end of this article.
A picture of the Sip and Savor Pass, which resembles the tasting passport, is on the next page. Then, the menus start. First up is Earth Eats, which is a new booth this year.
With each menu are photos of some of the available items. The yellow Mickey head on each page is for the Festival Marketplace’s stamp. Symbols indicate if a menu item is vegetarian, plant-based, or eligible for the Sip and Savor Pass.
Stay tuned for our reviews of all new and returning menu items.
This set of pages includes the DeLish and Garlic Kissed booths.
These pages showcase the offerings at Peppers Cali-ente and Californian Craft Brews.
After the Festival Marketplace menus are lists of other participating dining locations. Various dining venues are offering special menu items during the festival.
There’s also a list of special festival churros.
There’s an index in the back and a list of eligible Sip and Savor Pass items.
The tasting passport ends with a map of the park. Festival Marketplaces are labeled with numbered red circles. Participating locations are blue and white numbered circles. Other marked locations are merchandise, crafts, churro carts, and the Goofy the Chef meet and greet.
The back of the passport features sticker-like designs representing each Festival Marketplace.
Sip and Savor Pass
The Sip and Savor Pass is available at Festival Marketplaces, festival merchandise locations, the Sip and Savor cart (pictured above), Elias & Co., Julius Katz & Sons, Rushin’ River Outfitters, and Seaside Souvenirs.
There are two Sip and Savor Pass options. For $31, guests can get a pass with four coupons (teal design). This pass is the same price for all guests.
The second option has eight coupons (red design) and is $61 for regular guests. It’s $56 for Magic Key holders.
The pass is a plastic badge on a black lanyard. The coupons are all digital, just like the passes for this year’s Lunar New Year celebration. Guests have a Cast Member at the venue scan their pass, then enter the 4-digit code on the back. The receipt will state how many coupons are left on the pass. Coupons expire when the festival ends.
The code is covered with a sticker when you get the pass.
Coupons can be redeemed for select eligible food and non-alcoholic beverages at Festival Marketplaces and participating dining locations. At the latter, the Sip and Savor offerings are tasting-size portions, not full entrées.
