In a new video shared by Disney Parks, the voice of “Olaf,” Disney Legend Josh Gad becomes a Disneyland Railroad conductor for a day.
Last year, Gad fulfilled his dream of becoming a Jungle Cruise Skipper after mentioning at D23 Expo 2022 that he was once rejected for the job.
In the new video, Gad surprises guests on the Disneyland Railroad by joining them for a “grand circle tour” of the park. “It’s much better than the mediocre pentagon tour,” Gad says.
He cracks jokes and shares fun facts, like that the E.P. Ripley engine transporting them was an original train once operated by Walt Disney. By the end of the video, Gad even lands a full-time job as a train operator at Disneyland.

Gad recently expressed support for CEO Bob Iger amid proxy fights over Disney Board of Directors’ seats.

During Wednesday’s Visa Cardholders pre-sale for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, the 3-day D23 Ultimate Fan Pass ticket sold out.
The ticket started at $297 and included access to the Disney Entertainment Showcase, Disney Experiences Showcase, and the Disney Legends Ceremony.
Still available are 1-day Ultimate Fan Passes ($99), the 3-day D23 Ultimate Preferred Fan Pass ($999), 3-day D23 Fan Pass ($209 for Gold/$359 for General), and 1-day Fan Pass ($79 for Gold/$89 for General).

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will launch six new menu items on April 1, Disney announced on Instagram.
The Rigatoni Bolognese is ground beef, Italian sausage, and parmesan.
The Braised Pork Osso Buco includes creamy polenta, roasted cipollini onions, sweet peppers, and lemon gremolata.
Fried mozzarella sticks come with marinara sauce and lemon aïoli.
For dessert is the Goat Cheese Mousse Tart topped with honeycomb and an edible flower served with blackberries and a cassis compote.
The Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp includes pasta, cheese sauce, and fresh parsley.
And finally, the new Mushroom, Artichoke, Cheese Dip includes goat cheese and tomatoes with toasted crostini.
Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano is located in the Grand Avenue area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, tucked away in the back of the land.
