We found these new ears in ImageWorks at EPCOT. They have a summery, tropical feel, with shades of pink and green throughout. They have quite a different feel from the DVC merchandise that debuted at Walt Disney World earlier this year.

At the center, instead of a bow, there is a compass with two foam leaves pointing in either direction.

On the right ear, Mickey Mouse enjoys a laugh and a drink as he lounges in a beach chair. Three white-outlined Mickey Heads are surrounding him.

The left ear reads “Disney Vacation Club Member,” “D.V.C.,” and “Est. 1991.” 1991 is in reference to the year Disney Vacation Club first launched. Surrounding the text are small icons for the DVC properties, including The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, and Disney’s Old Key West Resort.

The icon print continues onto the back of the ears.

The headband itself is a green faux leather with a pink velour interior. As typical with Loungefly ear headbands, this one has a Disney x Loungefly plaque in a mint green attached on one side..

DVC Straw Hat – $34.99

We also found this Disney Vacation Club Member straw hat available in ImageWorks. The hat is accented with light blue lining on the brim and a silicone badge at the center.

The badge is light blue and white, and reads, “Disney’s Vacation Club Member,” “Good Times,” and “Great Places.” A globe with a Mickey head sits at the center.

A look at the underside of the hat's brim.

The underside of the brim is light blue with a white all-over pattern that looks like DVC-themed travel stickers. A long tan strap is also attached here.

‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ Sequel Series Greenlit at Disney+

Fans of late 2000s Disney Channel shows have reason to celebrate, as a sequel series to “Wizards of Waverly Place” has officially been greenlit, according to ComicBook.com.

The series, currently using the working title “Wizards,” will begin production this April, with original series stars Selena Gomez and David Henrie to return as a guest star and series regular, respectively. The pair will also serve as executive producers. Along with the announcement, Disney shared the above photos — both a throwback and a present-day shot of Gomez and Henrie in character.

Rounding out the cast will be Janice LeAnn Brown, Mimi Gianopulos, Alkaio Thiele, and Max Matenko. The series will air on both Disney+ and Disney Channel later this year. The description is as follows:

The series follows an adult Justin Russo, who has chosen to lead a normal, mortal life with his family, Giada, Roman, and Milo. When Justin’s sister Alex brings Billie to his home seeking help, Justin realizes he must dust off his magical skills to mentor the wizard-in-training while also juggling his everyday responsibilities — and safeguarding the future of the Wizard World.

“Wizards of Waverly Place” aired from 2007 to 2012 and served as a launching point for a then mostly-unknown Gomez. During its run, the series won two Primetime Emmys, and spawned the 2013 television movie, “The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex.” Recently, “Wizards of Waverly Place” was featured at Disneyland Park, with a photo opportunity set up for the nostalgia-filled Disney Channel Nite.

“Wizards of Waverly Place” captivated hearts with its spellbinding adventures and big laughs, creating unforgettable memories for kids and families everywhere.

We can’t wait to step back into the magical world of “Wizards,” inviting longtime fans and a new generation to experience the enchantment alongside Selena, David, and our incredible cast and crew.

Ayo Davis, president, Disney Branded Television, in a statement to Deadline
