We know that planning a trip to Disney World can be expensive.

If you are planning to visit Disney World in 2025, ticket prices have gone up from 2024 prices. If you like to visit the parks a lot, we have a tip to help you save some money.

Going to the parks using single or multi-day tickets can add up, especially as Disney continues to raise ticket prices every year. Getting a Disney World Annual Pass is one of the best ways to save money on park admission — if you’re going to make good use of it.

We have been tracking Disney World ticket prices and in 2025 the cheapest ticket is listed at $119 and the most expensive ticket is listed at $164. This is a $5-$10 increase from 2024 ticket prices. $10 might not seem like a lot but when you have a large party or plan to have multiple park days, the total can snowball.

Instead of buying single or multi-day tickets, we suggest getting an annual pass in 2025. Currently, there are four annual pass options. They are the Disney Incredi-Pass, the Disney Sorcerer Pass, the Disney Pirate Pass, and the Disney Pixie Dust Pass. Each of the four passes offers admission to all four Disney World theme parks and has different levels of theme park access, benefits, free parking, and Park Pass Reservations.

Here is a breakdown of each of the passes:

The Incredi-pass is currently the only annual pass that is available to those who are not a Florida resident or Disney Vacation Club Member. This pass is the most expensive at $1,449, but it comes with the most perks. The biggest perk is that there are no block-out dates. When you do the math (assuming you can get your single-day tickets at $119), you can get your money’s worth on an annual pass after your 13th visit. This is big if you plan on visiting the parks multiple times within the year!

The next pass level is for Disney Vacation Club Members or Florida residents only. This is the Sorcerer Pass. This annual pass costs $999. This pass has a few weeks of block-out dates that are around the holidays. Again doing the math based on the cheapest ticket in 2025 ($119) you can get your money’s worth on your ninth visit to the parks.

The next two annual passes are for Florida residents only. The math for this can get messy as Florida residents can take advantage of certain ticket offers throughout the year. The Pirate Pass costs $799 and has various block-out dates throughout the year. This pass will pay for itself on your 7th day in the parks.

But as we noted, Disney World often offers special Florida resident ticket deals — like the Disney Thrills ticket deal that started in January. It was a 2-day ticket for $199, or a 3-day ticket for $219. These Florida resident tickets can often be used on a non-consecutive days over a period of a couple of months, and can be a great way to save on park admission and spread out your visits.

The final pass is also for Florida residents and has the most block-out dates. With the Pixie Dust Pass, you can only enter the park on weekdays and are blocked out during many holiday weeks. This pass is the cheapest at $439. This pass will pay for itself on your fourth visit, but again keep in mind that you cannot get into the parks on ANY Saturday or Sunday throughout the year. So, it really only works if you want to go to the parks on weekdays.

We expect ticket prices to continue to increase in the years to come, and getting an annual pass can help save you money in the long run if you visit the parks multiple times throughout the year!
