Another elephant statues has been installed in Magic Kingdom for the Smellephants on Parade activity, this time, themed to churros.
Churro-Themed Smellephants on Parade Statue
The churro elephant statue can be found near the exit of the Walt Disney World Railroad in Storybook Circus. It stands atop a yellow base, just like the other elephants we’ve seen before: the popcorn, candy apple, snow cone, corndog, and cotton candy elephants. The base houses a smellitizer that will pump out a churro scent. This is all part of a new interactive “search-and-sniff” experience presented by Scentsy, that’s opening soon in Storybook Circus.
The top half of the statue is meant to look like a churro dipped in chocolate. it has small spots to replicate the sugar sprinkled onto a churro.
The bottom half, or the elephant’s pants resembles a wrapper like churros often come packaged in.
From the side view, you can get a better look at the elephant’s stance and baton.
