Rolling planters around the new ticket booth are down and two new elephants are up for Smellephants on Parade.
Smellephants on Parade Storybook Circus Ticket Booth
A new Storybook Circus ticket booth has been revealed, after previously being behind rolling planters. A similar ticket booth was in the same location, but was replaced this month with this booth that will act as the starting point for the new Smellephants on Parade “search-and-sniff” adventure coming to the area.
Here, guests can answer the casting call made by Timothy Q. Mouse for a “Whiff-sistant” to join Dumbo’s new act. Cast Members will be at the ticket booth to give guests complimentary maps of Storybook Circus and a sticker sheet. Then, the hunt is on to find the eight Smellephant statues.
The back of the ticket booth opens with two handles and a latch to keep it closed.
Both sides have the same curved-top doors, but the right-side door has a special feature.
Down at the bottom, a door designed specifically for Timothy Q. Mouse can be found, complete with three steps for him to hop up.
Smellephants on Parade Statues
This elephant, located near the back entrance of Big Top Souvenirs is inspired by cotton candy. The base is a smellitizer, which will give off the scent of cotton candy to those passing by.
Its body is painted in swirls of pink to give a cotton candy appearance.
Its bottom half is made up of a striped yellow, shades of blue, and white pattern.
Outside of the Pete’s Silly Sideshow meet and greet area, you can find the elephant inspired by corndogs. This one will have a corndog scent.
The elephant is made to look like a corndog, with swirls of ketchup and mustard on its stomach.
The Smellephants statues are slowly being installed at Magic Kingdom, with those themed to popcorn, candy apples, and snow cones already in place.
