First Look at Fantasy Springs Gift Shop at Tokyo DisneySea
When Fantasy Springs opens at Tokyo DisneySea this summer, so will the in-park Fantasy Springs Hotel. Guests looking to take home commemorative merchandise will find it all at Fantasy Springs Gifts, the gift shop inside the hotel and accessible from the park.
Fantasy Springs Gifts Cast Members
Cast Members wear berry red waistcoats with peplums and golden detailing over white shirts.
The women wear blue skirts and black shoes.
Fantasy Springs Gifts Exterior
The gift shop’s exterior matches the rest of the hotel, with curving golden lines, light teal details, and stone walls.
The sign is a darker blue with golden filigree, dragonflies, and pink flowers.
A fleur-de-lys is on the stone ground in front of the shop.
Fantasy Springs Gifts Interior
The store has a rounded ceiling with large golden chandeliers. Guests entering are greeted by the Fantasy Springs book.
The large blue storybook features a blue bird and pink flowers on the cover.
The store features a color scheme of gold, green, blue, and off-white. Gold and green vines are painted on the walls and ceilings.
There are metal sculptures of woodland creatures on stanchions and railings.
The store features references to various Walt Disney Animation classics, including “Alice in Wonderland.” There are colorful teacups, a teapot, and a chest full of “Try me” treats.
Decorative books line the tops of display cases.
An ornate statue of Cinderella’s coach sits next to a golden clock.
There’s a statue of Snow White’s wishing well next to a box of gems and an apple under a glass cloche.
On the back wall is a mural of Fantasy Springs featuring all three of its lands: Frozen Kingdom, Peter Pan’s Never Land, and Rapunzel’s Forest.
Another mural behind the cash wrap depicts a waterfall in front of Eric’s castle from “The Little Mermaid.” Moana can be seen sailing past the island of Te Fiti in the background.
The mural also features Bambi and Sorcerer Mickey.
There are touches of pink, matching the Fantasy Springs flower motif.
Box columns feature storybook pages.
These, along with the murals, tell the story of the port’s magical spring.
Other small murals reference various Disney Princess films like “Mulan,” “Aladdin,” “The Princess and the Frog,” and “Beauty and the Beast.”
These are framed by golden vines.
Of course, there are also references to the three main IPs of Fantasy Springs: “Frozen,” “Peter Pan,” and “Tangled.”
One shelf is dedicated to “Brave”-inspired pieces.
Another features seashells from “The Little Mermaid.”
The Magic Lamp from “Aladdin” is displayed on a magic carpet.
Fantasy Springs opens on June 6.

We’re Trying Disney’s NEW Peter Pan Restaurant — Lookout Cookout!
We still can’t believe it, but we’re in TOKYO getting a preview of the all-new Fantasy Springs!
The newest port for Tokyo DisneySea has three lands based on Frozen, Tangled, and Peter Pan! We’re in Tokyo trying all the new rides, food, and more ahead of Fantasy Springs’ official opening on June 6th, 2024. It’s lunch time and we’re in Never Land, so let’s see what the Lost Kids are cooking up!
We’re at Lookout Cookout — a quick-service restaurant the Lost Kids built out of wood from a shipwreck. Have a look around!
This restaurant was built by the Lost Kids, and you can tell it was thrown together with whatever they had!
Check out these crooked shelves…
…and we spotted a treasure map.
There’s a pirate sword…
…and a pirate flag proudly displayed.
This Lost Kids’ hangout certainly isn’t short on details, so what kind of food are they cooking up? Well, it’s a kids’ hangout, and the food will have you feeling like a kid again, too.
You’ll get your choice of two Lost Kids’ Snack Boxes here! One comes with Butter Curry Chicken.
And a second comes with Lemon Tea Chicken.
Both of the snack boxes have seaweed fritters, shrimp chips, and banana chips.
We also got a Lookout Brownie for dessert.
And we washed it all down with a kiwi-flavored Pixie Dust Soda.
We’ll be bringing you a full review of Lookout Cookout soon, but right now we’ve got to head off to check out the NEW Peter Pan ride — Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure!
Keep following us here at DFB for more LIVE coverage of Fantasy Springs!

TV Recap: “Will Trent” Unlocks a Repressed Memory That’s Haunted Him All Season Long in Season 2, Episode 8
In some ways, this week’s episode of Will Trent feels like the end of a saga. All season long, Will has been haunted by visions of his younger self. Maybe he’ll be back, but by the end of “Why is Jack’s Arm Bleeding?”, I get the feeling that this chapter of Will Trent’s past is resolved. […]

WE JUST FLEW Over Never Land on Disney’s NEW Peter Pan Ride!
Are you ready to ride Disney’s NEWEST attraction?!
Tokyo DisneySea is having a BIG year with the introduction of its new Fantasy Springs expansion which will feature three lands, including the new Peter Pan’s Never Land! If you’ve been as hyped as us about the new Tokyo Disney additions, we have good news — THE WAIT IS OVER! We are inside Fantasy Springs, and we just rode the star attraction of Peter Pan’s Never Land!
We were invited for an early look at Fantasy Springs, and we’re here bringing you ALL the new rides, new food and MORE live this week (and yes, that does mean some of the DFB Team is working through the night to deal with the time difference!). We just rode Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure, a 3D dark ride that takes passengers on a flying boat ride as you rescue John from Captain Hook and the pirates of Never Land!
It’s a 3D ride, so of course you’ve got to pick up some glasses on your way in.
We walked through the Lost Kids camp in the ride queue.
There are perfect little details through Never Land, like this map.
This ride is entirely screens and scenery — there are no animatronics. But don’t worry about that because we were blown away by the tech here! The ride designers told us they used special UV paint techniques to seamlessly blend the screens and the sets, and it worked!
We have NEVER seen screens look so natural — it was hard to tell what was screens and what was a painted set. You CANNOT see the edges of screens. This is SO IMMERSIVE!!
Oh sorry, was I shouting?! This was so exciting — I WANT TO LIVE HERE!
The ride vehicles here are huge boats that you board to cruise through the water, but then Tinker Bell arrives and sprinkles some of that pixie dust, and you guessed it — we were flying! When Tinker Bell sprinkled our boat with pixie dust, there were projections that covered the entire boat and the people riding with you.
This is a trackless ride, reminiscent of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT in some ways. We noticed one Easter egg — when the Lost Kids spill some treasure, Genie’s lamp floats out at you. We truly, truly were amazed by this ride and the way the screens and movement of the ride vehicle synced up.
Now, let’s talk about motion sickness for a minute. If you are prone to it, you *might* have trouble on this ride. One of our DFB team members who rode is prone to it, and she did not feel sick. But just a warning that you may have a different experience.
Besides Peter Pan’s Never Land, Fantasy Springs has Rapunzel’s Forest and Frozen Kingdom! The whole port is scheduled to be open to the public on June 6th, 2024!
We’ll be bringing you SO MANY MORE Fantasy Springs updates, so be sure to stay tuned right here at the Disney Food Blog!
