Two New Dishes Coming to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney Eats on Instagram has announced that two new menu items are coming to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in June.

New Dishes at Docking Bay 7

A dessert on a black plate features a dome-shaped confection with an embossed chocolate disk on top, accompanied by a yellow dollop of mousse and a piece of purple sponge cake.

Joining the menu on June 3, the first new item is a dessert: Black Spire Mousse. This treat is white chocolate jogan fruit mousse set atop a brownie pistachio brittle, served with blue milk sauce, pineapple cream, and a hibiscus sponge, all topped with a chocolate Black Spire coin.

A black bowl contains falafel with white sauce, grilled pita bread slices, a pink dip, and a small salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and beets.

The second new dish is the Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread. This dish features chickpea falafel, served with roasted beet hummus and beet-tomato-cucumber relish, topped with garlic Toum sauce, and served with grilled pita.

Currently, a similar dish is on the menu, the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread, which features plant-based meatballs, herb hummus, tomato-cucumber relish, and pita. Read our review.
