Walt Disney World
Magic Kingdom
- Gaston’s Tavern in Magic Kingdom has two new breakfast items: the Ham and Gruyère Tart and the Crème Brûlée Croissant.
- The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom is now surrounded by scaffolding that’s covered in beige scrim.
EPCOT
- Construction walls are gone, and work is complete in the Morocco Pavilion courtyard at EPCOT.
- Construction work is underway on the Test Track reimagining in EPCOT.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- All of the themed traffic signals on Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios have now been refurbished and repaired.
- New construction walls are up in Animation Courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, blocking the exit of the former “Voyage of the Little Mermaid” theater.
- Pixar Plaza in Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been decked out with “Inside Out 2” decorations following Joy’s arrival for her new meet and greet.
Disney Springs
- The theme song for “Disney Dreams That Soar,” the new drone show performing for a limited time at Disney Springs, is now available on music streaming platforms.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Two baby animals were recently born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, as shared by Dr. Mark Penning, vice president of Disney’s Animals, Science & Environment, on Instagram.
- Since our last look at the new Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, crews have created a concrete path next to the tower and added more balcony railings.
New Merchandise
- When Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opens on June 28 at Magic Kingdom, Annual Passholder-exclusive merchandise inspired by the attraction will be available.
- Two new “Play in the Park” decorations are available for purchase at Walt Disney World.
- Disney Store has provided a first look at the upcoming Disney Eats and Stitch Attacks Snacks collections featuring snow cones/shaved ice.
- New Walt Disney World T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts feature some of the resort’s iconic attractions and characters.
- A new Disney Bicoastal Adventures pin has pulled into the station at Walt Disney World Resort.

- Walt Disney World Resort hosted almost 1,000 Florida youth from seven nonprofit organizations for The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL) this week.
