A new limited edition Walt Disney World Parades pin has arrived at Magic Kingdom. This one is inspired by the classic attraction Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress.
We found it in Frontier Trading Post.
Walt Disney World Parades Carousel of Progress Pin – $19.99
The pins in this series resemble parade floats inspired by different attractions. On the front of this one is Rover the dog. Sitting behind him is the father of Carousel of Progress, John, as he appears in the 1900s Valentine’s Day scene. Rover and John are on a brown platform with a window behind them and a white picket fence on one side.
On the back of the parade float is the Grandmother as she used to appear in the 21st-century scene with a red dress and brown hair. The characters’ outfits and hair were updated in 2022, but she’s still playing a VR video game with glasses and a glove. The TV screen is depicted with a space battle video game and presents are on the ground next to Grandma.
The pin has a limited edition size of 3,000. Other Walt Disney World Parades pins include Country Bear Jamboree, Journey Into Imagination, and “The Little Mermaid.” They all have golden hooks so they can be connected in a line.
