Disney Ever After Opens at Disney Springs With Cute Makeover

After closing earlier this month, Disney Ever After at Disney Springs has reopened with a new cute look. Instead of selling designer bags and jewelry, the store now mainly sells character plush. It’s also home to a new build-your-own headband experience.

The store is located in Town Center. The exterior is mostly the same but “Jewelry Co. & Accessories” has been removed from the sign. It’s possible that “Disney” could be added to the sign later, or it could stay the same as it is currently.

3 Sweet Treats Return to Celebrate Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom

To celebrate the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, three desserts have returned to Magic Kingdom for a limited time. The Peach Cobbler and Butter Pecan Praline Sundae were first introduced for Celebrate Soulfully in February. Tiana’s Chantilly Cake was previously available for Women’s History Month. All three are available from June 28 through September 6.

Peach Cobbler – $5.49

Cinnamon Panna Cotta, Peach Cobbler, Brown Sugar Streusel, and Whipped Cream with a Tiana Chocolate Piece

A dessert cup filled with chunks of peach, whipped cream, and a creamy pudding-like base sits on a brown ledge. Colorful tents and outdoor seating are visible in the background.

The Peach Cobbler is at Pinocchio Village Haus. There seemed to be some lack of communication with the Cast Members because most of them were unaware they had Peach Cobbler. Our serving of the treat also didn’t come with the advertised Tiana chocolate piece.

A dessert cup filled with peaches, whipped cream, and other ingredients sits on a ledge with colorful tent structures and a distant building in the background.

As for the taste — this is nothing close to a traditional peach cobbler. The cinnamon panna cotta on the bottom was not very solid. It also didn’t have a lot of flavor and didn’t taste at all like cinnamon. The peaches weren’t fresh. The brown sugar streusel was perhaps the best part of the dessert. The whipped cream was good, too. However, all of the ingredients combined weren’t enough to save this.

Tiana’s Chantilly Cake – $9.99

Vanilla Chiffon Cake, Lemon Chantilly, and Fresh Strawberries topped with a Fondant Flower and a Tiana Chocolate Piece

A small yellow and green frosted cake on a blue and white plate. It is decorated with a white fondant flower and a small image of a woman in a green dress.

At The Plaza Restaurant is Tiana’s Chantilly Cake, featuring a chocolate picture of Tiana in her lilypad dress. The fresh strawberries were almost nonexistent but the cake was delicious either way.

A small round cake with green and yellow swirls, topped with a dollop of yellow frosting and a decorative shard, on a plate. A slice is cut out and placed next to it.

The lemon flavor is strong, giving it a tart and sweet profile. We would get this again.

Butter Pecan Praline Sundae – $8.79

Butter Pecan Ice Cream topped with Praline Sauce, Spiced Pecans, and Whipped Cream

A hand holding a colorful paper bowl with scoops of ice cream topped with whipped cream, nuts, and a rectangular white chocolate piece featuring an image, reminiscent of a Butter Pecan Praline Sundae, while a person in the background is preparing food.

The Butter Pecan Praline Sundae is at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. It’s pretty underwhelming. Some people really love butter pecan ice cream and will probably like this more than our group did. We’re more neutral on the dish.

A person holds up a colorful bowl filled with Butter Pecan Praline Sundae topped with whipped cream, crumbled nuts, and a white chocolate piece with a character drawing in an outdoor amusement park setting.

The promised spicy pecans weren’t bad but didn’t deliver. Nothing stood out about this sundae.

New ‘Princess and the Frog’ Water Drawings by Disney Custodians Celebrate Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Opening

Magic Kingdom custodial Cast Members have added “The Princess and the Frog” characters to their water drawing repertoire in honor of the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opening.

‘The Princess and the Frog’ Water Drawings

Sidewalk art showing a wet outline of a smiling face drawn on a concrete pavement. Partial view of someone's legs and feet in sandals visible at the top left corner.

Custodians draw characters on the streets and sidewalks of Disney Parks using a wet broom. The drawings then disappear as the water dries. Cast Members were showing off their new drawings on Main Street on the opening day of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. First up is Prince Naveen in frog form.

A cartoon character with a large head wearing sunglasses is drawn on a concrete surface. Several people's feet are visible walking around the drawing.

They also now draw Mama Odie, complete with her turban, glasses, and giant earrings.

A stylized drawing of a cartoonish crocodile or alligator is etched on a concrete surface, likely done using water or similar transient material.

You might see a Louis the alligator drawing.

A chalk drawing of an excited, bug-like cartoon character with a wide grin and two antennae on a concrete ground. Shadows fall across the scene.

They also draw Ray the firefly.

Cast Members said guests will see these water drawings on Main Street, U.S.A., and by Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Frontierland.
