The Harassment Mansion: Female Guest Receives Stretching Room Squeeze on Rear at Magic Kingdom

Somebody behaved ghoulishly at the Haunted Mansion.

Alleged Harassment at Haunted Mansion

The Haunted Mansion with Lamppost

A female accused a stranger of grabbing her rear during the stretching room preshow at the classic Magic Kingdom ride.

Ultimately, the suspect wasn’t found or arrested.

It’s the latest example of somebody behaving inappropriately at Disney World. The incident took place April 13, according to a new Orange County Sheriff’s Office released this week. These public records take weeks and months to be released so that’s why WDWNT is writing about it now.

The sheriff’s incident report is redacted so we don’t know how old the female is and some other missing details.

But the female made it clear she did not think the inappropriate touching was an accident because the middle-aged man touched her butt for several seconds. She believed the groping incident was intentional.

Guests are often packed in tightly for this preshow sequence, so it is not uncommon to be nearly touching another guest at times. A portion of this scene also takes place in complete darkness, which likely offered an opportunity to the accused individual.

“She advised me that while the subject had his hand against her buttocks, he was holding firm pressure against her and there was no doubt he knew what he was doing,” the sheriff’s deputy wrote in the report.

The alleged perpetrator was described vaguely as a white man about six-foot-two who wore cargo shorts, had sunglasses on top of his head, and appeared to be around age 45 to 55 years old.

The female told what happened to another male who appeared to be in her group. Again, the report is redacted so it’s a little difficult to decipher.

The other male didn’t see what happened but confronted the suspect.

“What the **** is wrong with you, you pervert,” the male said when the suspect walked past him at the end of the ride.

Scarlett Johansson Cast in ‘Jurassic World 4’

In an interview with ComicBook.com, Scarlett Johansson confirmed that she has been cast in the next “Jurassic World” film.

Scarlett Johansson

When asked during a press junket for “Fly Me to the Moon” what about “Jurassic World” made her want to return to franchises, Johansson said, “Everything.”

“I’m an enormous Jurassic Park fan,” she continued. “It’s one of the first films I remember seeing in the theater. I remember seeing it so vividly. It was like life-changing. It was mind-blowing. I cannot express how excited I am.”

The new film is penned by David Koepp, who wrote the original 1993 “Jurassic Park” film and its first sequel “Jurassic Park: The Lost World.”

“The script is so incredible,” Johansson said. “David Koepp wrote it. He returned after like 30 years to write the script. He’s so passionate about it, which is so awesome.”

Johansson said she’s been trying to get a role in a “Jurassic World” film for years and it’s “unbelievable” that she’s finally joined the franchise.

Johansson is known for portraying Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as her roles in “Last in Translation,” “The Prestige,” “Her,” “Marriage Story,” and “Jojo Rabbit.” She’s working on a new “Tower of Terror” film with Disney.

“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” director Garth Edwards helms “Jurassic World 4,” which doesn’t have an official title yet. Frank Marshall, Patrick Crowley, and Steven Spielberg produce.

The initial announcement said the film would launch a “new Jurassic era.” It will focus on new characters and settings.

Disneyland Guests Fail to Recognize Disney Legend Steve Martin, Distracted by His Wordle Hat

Disney Legend Steve Martin recently found himself on an elevator at Disneyland with fellow guests but they didn’t recognize the star. Instead, they complimented his hat.

A person wearing glasses and a light-colored baseball cap with an emblem is smiling while looking at the camera, reminiscent of Disney Legend Steve Martin during a sunny day at Disneyland.

The comedian posted a photo of himself in the hat on Instagram with the caption:

I was just on an elevator at Disneyland and a family of four looked at me and said, “Oh my God! You’re wearing a Wordle hat!”

Wordle is a popular word-guessing game hosted by the New York Times. Martin’s hat features the Wordle logo of white, yellow, and green squares.

Martin’s history with Disney goes all the way back to 1955 when his first-ever job was selling guidebooks at Disneyland. He frequently visited the Main Street Magic shop and watched Wally Boag perform at the Golden Horseshoe Revue. In 1960, Martin got a new job at the park performing magic and juggling.

As D23 notes in their Disney Legends bio of Martin, many elements of his later comic acts were taken directly from Disney. This includes the arrow-through-the-head gag, which was something Disneyland sold.

After his career as a comedian and actor skyrocketed, Martin continued to work with Disney on films like “Father of the Bride,” “Fantasia 2000,” “Bringing Down the House,” and “Shopgirl.” With Donald Duck, he co-hosted “Disneyland: The First 50 Magical Years,” a film at a 50th anniversary exhibit in Disneyland. He currently stars in Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building.”

Martin once told D23 that he wore a disguise during a recent Disneyland visit.

“I dyed my hair brown and wore a brown mustache,” he said. “It’s not that people mob me on the streets; but Disneyland can be very tough, and I don’t like being stared at or yelled at.”

It looks like Martin didn’t need to go through the effort. He just needed a Wordle hat.

Giancarlo Esposito Open to Returning For ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu’ Movie

Giancarlo Esposito, who starred as villain Moff Gideon in the first three seasons of “The Mandalorian,” teased that his character could return for “The Mandalorian & Grogu” movie.

Giancarlo Esposito Wants to Return as Moff Gideon

A man with short gray hair, reminiscent of Giancarlo Esposito, wears a black futuristic suit with red and white lights on the chest in a dark environment.

At the premiere of Ti West’s “Maxxxine,” Esposito was asked if Moff Gideon would appear in the movie. Esposito was open to the possibility, saying, “Anything is possible. You know, I don’t know anything about that at the present, but I put out there that if they need me I’ll be there. I love what Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and [what] Disney does with Mandalorian – and who knows? There may be a moment where I can swoop down and take over once again.” (via ComicBook.com)

In “The Mandalorian” season 3 finale, Moff Gideon seemed to perish when a ship crashed into his Imperial base and he was consumed in the explosion. Many theorize Gideon could have lived thanks to his beskar armor. There’s also the possibility that a clone of Gideon survived. Din Djarin destroyed dozens of Gideon’s clones in the same episode but more clones could have been stored elsewhere.

“The Mandalorian & Grogu” is a film follow-up to “The Mandalorian” directed by Jon Favreau. It’s scheduled for release on May 22, 2026, with filming underway this year.
