When it comes to TV shows, this summer has been LIT.

Not only do we have a new Star Wars show to watch on Disney+, but we’ve also got a brand new season of Doctor Who, and new episodes of Disney Jr.’s Ariel to look forward to. But let’s not write off Hulu here, because they’re bringing the HEAT this summer, including the season premiere of one of the streamer’s most popular shows, The Bear.
In case you were wondering, The Bear is NOT about this bear… . Although he’s important, too!

Instead, it’s a critically acclaimed TV comedy-drama series about an award-winning chef, Carmy Berzatto, who returns to his hometown of Chicago to manage his deceased brother’s sandwich shop, which is pretty much always chaotic. The series stars Jeremy Allen White as Carmy, and the cast includes Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott, and Matty Matheson.

According to Deadline, the Emmy-winning series will return for its season 3 premiere on Hulu on June 27th. It looks like things are going to continue to be tense in the kitchen as Carmy opens a new restaurant. All 10 episodes of season 3 will drop at once, with the season 3 premiere dropping exclusively on Disney+ in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Gibraltar, the Balkans, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, and be available on Disney+ in all other territories at a later date.

Deadline also reported earlier that The Bear has also already been renewed for a season 4, with both seasons filming back-to-back; although FX and Hulu have not yet confirmed a fourth season for the show.

The first season of The Bear won a whopping 10 Emmy Awards, including for Outstanding Comedy and Outstanding Writing. Its second season won Golden Globes for Best Television Series, Musical or Comedy and stars White and Edebiri.
So mark the date if you’re a fan. If you haven’t yet watched The Bear, all episodes through season 2 are now available on Hulu!
