Here at DFB, we’re REALLY into Disney food. Seriously, it’s right there in our name!
We’ve been covering Disney food and blogging about it for more than 15 years (!!!) at this point, which means we’ve been to every Disney restaurant, eaten hundreds (if not thousands) of snacks, and spent countless hours at EPCOT festivals.
Through all those culinary adventures, three Disney World restaurants have never let us down, and today we’re sharing that list!
Le Cellier
Let’s kick things off with a classic EPCOT favorite — Le Cellier! This steakhouse is tucked away in the Canada Pavilion, and can sometimes be a challenge to grab a reservation for, since it has long been a go-to for birthdays and special occasions.
They serve some classic steakhouse options, as well as a few signature dishes like their poutine and Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. The atmosphere is warm and cozy (sometimes just a smidge too cozy because those booths can be very close together), and it really does feel like you’re dining in a cellar.
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed pretty much every meal we’ve had here in the past, and while it’s not the most budget-friendly of the options, it’s incredibly reliable. We can almost always count on a warm bowl of soup and a delicious filet mignon.

Nomad Lounge
Now, let’s talk hidden gems! If you’ve been a DFB fan for a while, then you know that one of our FAVORITE places to dine in Animal Kingdom is Nomad Lounge. This lounge is attached to Tiffins, but it has its own Walk-up Waitlist and seating process, plus a slightly different menu.
The menu here is made up of specialty beverages (including several fun and exclusive mocktails), as well as a variety of small plates. You can also sometimes order items off the Tiffins menu next door. They tend to offer some seasonal specialties, and we haven’t been disappointed by one of their menu items yet!
They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and if the weather is amenable, we love getting a table on the patio where we can people-watch and enjoy nature. It’s a truly lovely experience!

Sanaa
Last but not least, we HAVE to mention Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge — Kidani Village. This spot is so rarely visited because it’s hidden at a Disney Vacation Club resort, but it’s SO worth the trek. You can enjoy authentic African and Indian-inspired eats while dining with a view.
The tables here look out on the savanna at the resort, and during the daytime, you can sometimes see animals strolling past the window. Where else do you get that experience?! And of course, we’ve got to mention their iconic bread service served with delicious naan and various dips.
Sanaa is pretty much the definition of a hidden gem, and we’ve enjoyed nearly all of our meals there. There’s a reason why we keep recommending it over and over again!

So those are the three Disney World restaurants that seem to never fail us! Keep in mind that all Disney restaurants have their ups and downs, but we’ve found that on the whole, these are pretty reliable. Stay tuned to DFB for more food tips and recommendations for your trip!
