The Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade sign is now gone from the former attraction’s building in Magic Kingdom.

The opening-day attraction permanently closed in June to make way for a new Disney Vacation Club Members lounge. Construction walls block the area between the DVC kiosk and Frontier Trading Post.

The sign used to sit on the roof overhang just visible over the walls. There are still supports on the roof. Compare to our photo from before closing below.

The sign featured the attraction’s name below a pair of crossed rifles. The antler props remain on the roof around the sign.

The new DVC lounge will be “inspired by the bygone era of exploration and adventure,” fitting with the theme of Frontierland. It’s just one of the recent and upcoming changes to the land. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opened on June 28, replacing Splash Mountain. The Country Bear Musical Jamboree will open this month.

Disney also filed a permit for Frontier Trading Post, which may be related to the construction of the lounge. The gift shop is still open, however.
