How to Reserve a Spot for Panels & Experiences at the 2024 D23 Ultimate Fan Event

Details were released today for the D23 Ultimate Fan Event panels and experiences, and along with it, instructions for reservations.

Reserve a Spot for D23 Panels & Experiences

Reservations will open on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 12 p.m. PT, and close on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 12 p.m. PT.

A reservation request does not guarantee a spot, and selections will be randomly distributed based on the selected preferences submitted during the reservation process. Guests will receive notice of which experiences they are registered for between August 2 – 5.

Reservation Categories

The reservations are divided into three categories. Guests can select up to four experiences per category and may register up to seven additional guests.

The categories are Stage Presentations, Talent Central, and Show Floor Experiences. To see details and a breakdown of all options, check out the full lineup.

Note that evening presentations at the Honda Center are not available for reservations as they are limited to D23 Ultimate Fan Pass ticket holders. This includes the Disney Entertainment Showcase, the Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase, and the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony.

Reservation Process

When reservations open, guests will need to join the virtual queue here, where they will be prompted to sign in with their existing D23 member account associated with their event tickets.

Begin by selecting the date you want to choose selections for. The dates shown will be those included with your ticket.

Clicking that button will lead to a list of experiences. Up to four per category can be selected.

Next, it will ask you to confirm the number of guests for each selection. This number cannot be changed once selections have been distributed. Once finished, press “Continue with Selections.”

Once you’ve made your selections for each category, click “Review Selections.”

Once you’ve reviewed your selections for the applicable date, click “Submit” to complete the process.

If your tickets are good for more than one day, you will need to make selections for each day individually.
