Yes, it’s true… the version of Disney Jollywood Nights that debuted at Disney World last holiday season is CHANGING, and one of these changes has us all buzzing.

When Disney announced the divisive holiday party’s return, they made sure to also confirm several things that would be returning from last year’s event AND confirm a few new things as well. We think one of these new changes could be the highlight of the night and yet no one seems to be talking about it!

Disney Jollywood Nights is set to return once again to Disney’s Hollywood Studios this coming holiday season and if you thought you knew this exclusive holiday party already, don’t be so sure so quickly! Sure, Disney’s already confirmed several of the same entertainment elements will be returning from last year’s event and we’re certain they’ll be offering an entire lineup of treats, eats, and sips for you to pick up while attending, too.

While last year’s holiday party got off to a bit of a rough start that included dealing with severe weather and a few disappointing food choices, it seemed that you just couldn’t keep a good thing down!

Disney World is once again bringing back Disney Jollywood Nights on select nights in November and December. If you’re looking to plan a visit for one (or more) of this year’s parties, you can expect Disney Jollywood Nights to be held on the following dates:

• November 9th, 13th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, and 30th
• December 2nd, 7th, 11th, 14th, 18th, and 21st

Tickets for this year’s party nights prices will run you between $159 to $179 depending on the date you attend with the highest-priced party dates closest to the end of December. Tickets went on sale to Disney World hotel guests looking to visit during these dates on July 2nd, 2024, however, if you’re not looking to stay at a Disney World hotel for your party night, you’ll be able to purchase your tickets as early as July 10th, 2024!

Party admission will get you entry into Disney’s Hollywood Studios as early as 6PM, a tad earlier than the party’s official start time, to get a jump start on riding a few rides and scoping out those lines for character meet and greets and entertainment options — and yes, Fantasmic! WILL be shown at 6:30PM on party nights so you don’t miss out. Once the party starts, you’ll be able to enjoy all of the exclusive offerings from 7:30PM to 12:30AM.

Don’t get us wrong — with all of the rides, shows, characters to see and meet, holiday-themed fireworks, AND dining options available during the party these limited hours for the festivities can make it difficult to see and do EVERYTHING you want to get around to in one night! And now, Disney World’s throwing in another BIG entertainment option that could change up your entire Disney Jollywood Nights plans if you’ve already been plotting your route!

With the announcement that Disney Jollywood Nights would return, Disney World decided to give us one thing we didn’t see coming — a new skating spectacular featuring international champion skaters set to holiday music! All Disney World has announced so far is that these performances will take place on Hollywood Boulevard with showtimes expected at 8:15PM, 9:15PM, 10:20PM, 11:15PM, and 12:15AM.

We don’t know about you but this has us pretty stoked to see performers dancing across a stage (possibly icy?) against the Florida weather and could temporarily make us forget we’re not in the colder wintery weather in Orlando. Since that’s all that’s been announced, Disney World has chosen to stay mum for now on more details. It’s possible that we could see more details released about this new offering as the parties draw nearer, but there’s also the chance that we could have to wait and experience it ourselves when we attend. It doesn’t make us any less eager to see if it’s as delightful as Disney World has teased already though!
