LEGO has announced a new “Jaws”-themed set, set to be released this August, per Falcon Bricks.
In a teaser post on Instagram, LEGO shared a Reel of a LEGO swimmer minifigure recreating the classic “Jaws” movie poster — with Bruce the shark playfully tickling them rather than going for a bite.

LEGO Ideas JAWS Set – $159.99
This LEGO Ideas set is scheduled to release on August 1, 2024, and features a buildable Orca boat and minifigures of Chief Brody, Matt Hooper, and Quint.
The set comprises 1,497 pieces, with the Orca coming in at 14 inches (35 centimeters) high and a diorama base 23 inches (59 centimeters) wide. There is also a buildable Bruce the shark.
The diorama base includes white pieces to create the foam of the ocean waves, as well as a plaque featuring the LEGO and “Jaws” logos, along with Chief Brody’s iconic quote, “You’re gonna need a bigger boat.”
A buildable display stand for Bruce is also included if you opt to not use the diorama base.
The Orca is full of small details and accessories that fans will recognize from the film. Here, you can see the map, a coffee mug, a letter, and the iconic yellow barrels.
Pre-orders are not yet available for the set, but stay tuned for updates.
The LEGO Ideas “Jaws” set is based on the 1975 thriller directed by Steven Spielberg and released by Universal Pictures. The highest-grossing film of its time, “Jaws” spawned three sequels and a fan-favorite ride in Universal Studios Florida that was open from 1990 to 2012.
You can still experience the ride in its entirety at Universal Studios Japan. “Jaws” is also featured as part of the Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary now through August 11, 2024.
