Well, Disney’s newest Dole Whip creation is pretty high on our list of amazing human accomplishments. Wait until you see it.
Refreshment Outpost
Tucked away in an easy-to-miss part of EPCOT is the Refreshment Outpost. This spot has a small menu, and the options often change from season to season. But right now, there’s a new Dole Whip treat that deserves some extra attention.
Refreshment Outpost is serving a limited-time treat in honor of Disney’s fourth annual Dole Whip Day celebration! While Dole Whip Day is officially on July 18th, you can get this special new treat from July 14th through July 21st. Behold the new DOLE Whip Cherry-Pineapple Swirl cone for $6.75. Stunning, gorgeous, showstopping, the best ever. Need we go on?

The main flavor we tasted here was classic cherry and boy, was it great! When combined with the pineapple Dole Whip, we got a hint of acidity that cut through the sweetness of the cherry quite nicely. The cone is also quite nice — it complemented the soft serve so well and gave us a satisfying crunch.

It’s not often we get to enjoy Dole Whip in a cone, but this is our formal request to make it more common! While Dole Whip is known for its fruity flavor, the sweet cone didn’t detract from the Dole Whip or feel out of place. You might think that the idea of combining a classic ice cream cone with Dole Whip would be like putting fruit juice over cereal, but trust us, it works.
This is STUNNING!
If you’re tired of the same old pineapple Dole Whip you can get around Disney World, we HIGHLY recommend giving this one a try. It’s SO photogenic, and it tastes as good as it looks.
