Believe it or not, you can still get some free things in Disney World — if you know where to look.

For example, you can pick up a free Celebration button pretty much anywhere for anything you might be celebrating (although, if you want to spend an extra $3, you can get it plussed up). Of course, we’ve told you to take advantage of free water when you can! Well, you can also get some free souvenirs, if you know where to look. We just found a fun souvenir that’s available in Disney Springs.

We were recently visiting Disney Springs when we noticed a child with an alien wand (yes, really) made out of balloons. Of COURSE, we had to ask his parent where he got it. We were directed to — of all places — the Ron Jon Surf Shop.

Inside the shop, we spotted a balloon artist making balloon art FOR FREE. We found out that you can find a balloon artist here every Thursday, so if you’d like to pop in and get a free souvenir that’s sure to make your kids smile (or you), be sure to visit.

Looking for more freebies in Disney Springs? Well, you can often get free chocolate square samples from Ghirardelli, for starters. Basin also offers free samples of their bath and body products. You can even get occasional free samples of Goofy’s Glaciers from Goofy’s Candy Company! Many Disney Springs businesses also offer freebies on your birthday, like Starbucks, Summer House on the Lake, Sprinkles, Wetzel’s Pretzels, and Earl of Sandwich — note that you might have to sign up for some of those birthday freebies.
