Did Disney World Just IMPROVE a Mediocre Snack?

‘Tis the season for many limited-time treats!

Magic Kingdom

Starting in August and running through the end of the year, we get dozens upon dozens of seasonal treats in Disney World. With Halloween, Christmas, and a host of other holidays throughout those few months, it seems like there’s always something new to try. And if you’re on the hunt for a limited-time offering in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, then we’ve got you covered!

Now available at Woody’s Lunch Box in Toy Story Land is the Pumpkin Lunch Box Tart. This treat looks very similar to other Halloween Lunch Box Tarts we’ve seen in the past, but is it worth snagging? Often, the Lunch Box Tarts at this restaurant can be dry and disappointing. But we’re going to give it a go!

Pumpkin Lunch Box Tart

It’s a pumpkin pie-filled pastry tart with marshmallow fondant, candy corn, and Halloween sprinkles on top for $4.79. The pumpkin flavor kinda reminded us of canned pumpkin, but it had a little bit of sweetness mixed in from the fondant on top.

It’s very Halloween-ish!

It was surprisingly soft and the sugary flavors worked nicely with the pumpkin and the pastry. You’ll need to like sweet treats to enjoy this, but we definitely thought it was one of the better Lunch Box Tarts from this location!

We’ll be on the lookout for more Halloween snacks coming soon in Hollywood Studios. For now, you can find many more treats in Magic Kingdom and at the Disney World hotels!
