Walt Disney World

Magic Kingdom

Rumors indicate that The Rivers of America, Liberty Square Riverboat, and Tom Sawyer Island may close forever for the Magic Kingdom expansion.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

At D23: The Ultimate Fan Event, Disney announced that new interactive shoulder Banshees with upgraded tech and features will be coming to Pandora – The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Disney has revealed the first animal that will be featured on the carousel in Pueblo Esperanza, a new Tropical Americas land in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Disney Cruise Line

An elaborate Day of the Dead altar decorated with marigold flowers, candles, framed photos, sugar skulls, and various offerings like fruits and pan de muerto serves as a beautiful daily recap of memories and tributes to loved ones.

A video at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event provides a first look at an ofrenda that will be on display in Plaza de Coco, a “Coco”-themed restaurant on Disney Cruise Line’s new Disney Treasure.
